They were the only company I could find that still carried the KONG Rocket. I had looked seemingly everywhere to no avail. Luckily Prime Pet Supply had it and they got it to me quickly.

How can you not love a company that ships your dog food for free and is still cheaper than anyone else! And on top of it they are always running promotions. Just love them!

You had the newest Fromm Dog Food Product and you delivered after ordered in one week

I found Prime Pet Supply through a Google Shopping search for Fromm Large Breed Adult and Small Breed Adult dog foods. They had the best price (even better than Amazon Prime, and my favorite locally-owned pet supply store), free FedEx 3-day shipping with minimum purchase (not a problem when buying a large bag of Super Premium food) and even sent an email to make sure I found everything I was looking for. Granted, that's what attentive businesses do to make money, but so few are interested in devoting those 30 seconds. I haven't needed to contact Customer Service, since the transaction went perfectly, but if they took the time to see if I needed help BEFORE I bought something...that the experience would be equally positive follows.

If I had any recommendations, it might be a subscription service with a small discount similar to what some Amazon.com vendors provide. Honestly, the option may already be there and I simply overlooked it. Either way, the food I wanted (just switched to it because of the glowing reviews) is available at a great price and the people seem genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. That's enough to keep me happy.

Ordered a large bag of dog food, and it came about 2 days later. Very convenient.

I ordered a buffalow horn and the pickture showed the horn end i recived a portion of the horn. I do not feel that you sent me what i ordered.

The site is well made and functional. I had no issues with the entire proccess, they proccessed and shipped my order very quickly.

I have found that the elk antler velvet is helpful for my senior dog, but can be expensive. I liked the prices at Prime, and they then contacted me and gave me an even better deal.

I was looking for a new online vendor. A friend suggested Prime Pet Supply. My first order went though without any incident. The staff is very helpful and very customer service oriented. My order arrived much quicker and packaged much better than other online vendors I have used in the past.

Prices are good which is why I bought from them. Shipping is not good at all. I still haven't received my package. They use Fedex ground with signature required. So if you're not home good luck cause they only ship tues-sat.

Primetime pet supply had a very hard to find dog food in stock. The shipping was very quick and none of the cans were dented. Some other sites -- cans arrive with half of them dented. Will continue to use and highly recommend!

I have ordered the Earth Rated Poop Bags in the past and have loved them from the very first time I purchased them. I have purchased more and have referred your site and product to a few friends of mine who also have dogs who need great smelling "lavender" poop bags. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The food arrived faster than some of the big name companies I have dealt with. It was packed well and the food itself was in tact. I purchased a Sherpa carrier for a flight 2 weeks away from purchase. I called customer service to make sure I would receive it in time to train my Frenchie to use it. The person i spoke with assured my I would have it in time I received it 5 days before he thought I would and it came from Washington state to NY. I was very pleased. Also there was no shipping charge.
