Primepet Reviews

Found the product I needed at the best price. Thanks.

I love the service I receive from Prime Pet for my dog's dry food.

I live in Washington state. You think when you are ordering from the east cost, it will ship from there - was so surprised to receive the shipment the next day from their regional warehouse! I did contact customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. Will continue to order from Prime Pet.

everything as expected and easy to track along the way.

The pet carrier I ordered was shipped and delivered quickly, and for a great price. However, the item sent was not the color I ordered. I contacted customer service by e-mail, and got an immediate apologetic response stating that the correct item would be shipped to me immediately. I was provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect carrier. The correct replacement carrier was shipped and delivered quickly. Overall, Prime Pet Supply was great to deal with and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Outstanding customer service to correct their mistake.

I was looking for an organic treat for my dog and what I bought he just loves. Time to order more

The bags arrived just as described - smelling LOVELY, had handles and are big enough to hold the expensive dog food you give to your 60# dog, in order to keep her healthy, when said dog food decides it is EXIT DAY!
Love the bags!!!

Prime pet makes it fast and easy to get what I need for my doggies.

would definitely recommend to others, i know my dogs can get good things from here.

Easy to navigate website! Product available!! Super shipping and packaging!!

I was very exceed to see the results. The only thing I wish was on their was his age. the report was also very cute the way they presented his grandparents, parents, etc...

I recently began purchasing my pet food online and sought a seller who was reliable, prompt, and affordable. Prime Pet Supply delivers its products with consistency and care. I've ordered from other online retailers whose packaging lacked durability, and my bags arrived in what looked like a cardboard sleeve. Now, I'm purchase with assurance that my order will be delivered in a timely fashion and without fear of damage. I've never had the need to contact customer service, but don't fear the quality of service I will receive if I ever do need to.

I had been searching for my dog's favorite toy and Prime Pet Supply was the only online shop that had it in stock--among other toys of the same brand. I ordered several along with some natural treats and the shipment came as promised. Great online pet store. I will buy from here again.

.I could not buy the dog food locally so I was very happy I could get it so fast, and at a good price

My order was shipped promptly and received quickly. The product was $10 less than other suppliers were asking. I would highly recommend PrimePet Supply.

The price on things are reasonable and I got it in my mail in the time they said that I would.

I thought your prices were reasonable and I received my product quickly

Carrier size and color will fit the lifestyle of our Yorkie

I had no problems with ordering and receiving a product from primepetsupply.com. Will most likely re-order when we need more!
