Primepet Reviews

Easy ordering and fast delivery.

Easy online ordering and quick delivery.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIM PET SUPPLY !

These folks are so helpful, never mess up an order, and it all comes to my door really quickly. I'll keep giving them my business!

Prime Pet Supply has the 1lb bags of Diggin Your Dog's Firm Up which I cant find anywhere but at Diggin Your Dog's website - and it is cheaper too!
Fast delivery. ordered Monday and received Friday!

the "one hair" policy is the reason im not even going to try to EXCHANGE my 140.00 dog coat. theres no way you wont find one single hair on the outfit. i sat here inspecting it at first seeing nothing but a perfect coat that i just took out of the package, laid it NEXT TO my dog (no need to try it on) as it was clear the coat was way too big and we will need a smaller size, but when i was wrapping it up, i found a hair. i removed it then took it out of the bag again to re inspect and sure enuff ANOTHER HAIR. even tho i feel it is now void of "every hair", im SURE when it gets there, a single hair will likely be found.
and the customer service agent "[name]" doesnt have even the most basic of computer skills not able to send a simple link to print a return agreement and sign it to send it back, she tried 2 or 3 times. i think im going to avoid this whole mess (which is probably what they want you to do) cuz i dont have the time to jump thru the hoops.

I recently placed an online order for a special variety of canned cat food with Prime Pet Supply. After my order was placed the company discovered that the large cans I ordered were actually out of stock and a Prime Pets representative called me to let me know. He offered to substitute cases of small cans of the same food (usually about $10 more per case) equivalent to the amount I had ordered at no additional charge. This offer showed excellent customer service and as always Prime Pets has very fast shipping. Thank you!

The service was good , got the harness in a timely matter . Timely service , very understanding on returns

Order fulfilled accurately and delivered promptly. Bravo!

Smooth transaction. Fast Shipping

I had never used Prime Pet Supply before this order. I was looking for a particular dog treat and found their site. The site is well-organized, easy to navigate and their prices and shipping are reasonable. My order arrived VERY quickly and in great shape. I will place another order soon and will recommend this site to all of my pet-parent friends !! Thank you Prime Pet Supply! My little doggies are very happy with their treats !

Prime pet supply had some great made in the USA items with fabulous prices and fast shipping!

Everything was great from price to delivery time, packaging to customer service. Signed up autoship and no need to worry about my dog's food!

Great prices, great service, timely delivery with excellent packaging. When I had a question about my order, my emailed question was answered in 20 minutes. Amazing!

Highly highly recommend this company to everyone.

Prime Pet Supply had a great selection, they even carried something I was unable to locate at large retailers. Our product came very quickly and well packed. The price was also better than Amazon!

This was the first time I've used Prime Pet Supply. It is certainly not going to be the last. My animals are my little family and quality products at affordable prices are my #1 concern. Prime Pet delivered on all those aspects and more. Website was easy to use; no time consuming searches and had a large variety of products. I was able to track my order and it was delivered quickly without paying "extra" for expedited service. That is something I truly appreciate. Getting a great price on a product is one thing, but then being gouged to ship it to me is a deal breaker--so kudos to Prime Pet for that as well. Great "first time" experience. I look forward to setting up auto shipments and taking advantage of the deals you offer again in the very near future. Both my pets and I thank you for being a local business with integrity. The united States needs more businesses like Prime Pet Supply. It is my pleasure to shop with such a company! "See" you again soon.

The product arrived on time, and it was in excellent shape would definitely order from them again.

My little boston loves her new bed! And the product was delivered quickly. Very happy.

Everything went perfect, love the sherpa
