I placed my order back in early march. Still haven’t received it! 😡😡

I placed an order on 1/26/25 and today is Mar 6th and package has not been shipped. Tracking number was provided on 2/10/15 and nothing since. Request updates weekly and they haven't responded since 2/20/25 and now ghosting me. They still have my money but no product. PLEASE AVOID THEM

I made a perfectly legitimate enquiry via their live chat on the site and was met with utter blunt rudeness.

The attitude and lack of professionalism was in total contrast to the vibe of their site and honestly quite stunning.

Absolute TRASH. They are terrible at everything. Response time, still haven’t received my order and they give you the runaround. Will never use this company.

These guys are great. Orders are accurate and my customers are happy. It's quick and easy to learn and use. Any issues I've had have been addressed and fixed quickly.

Cheryl from the support group was very accomodating and helpful. She gave me the info needed and even extended help by asking and offering other information. She was also very responsive. Great work!

I have two online clothing shops, and women's sizes 2XL and over are in great demand. Print Aura is the ONLY print on demand company I have found that has extended sizes that are cut for women - not just unisex. They also offer LAT, which is a brand that offers plus size women's shirts that are a bit more stylish. It makes a difference to my mostly female customers when they can wear something that makes them feel and look good. I'm very excited to expand my offerings.
They have a wide variety of offerings and customer service is prompt and kind.
I definitely recommend using them for your POD business.

This company started out great. In the past months they have cost me over $600 and lost business because they have not been fulfilling my Etsy orders. They claims is computer or programing glitches, but this is ridiculous. I did not recommend them at all. You will wind up losing a lot of business and loyal customers.

I have tried over and over to order, however after all my credit card info is typed in and i push the button to order it says that it went through but wont stop loading. It just load but won't place your order. I have contacted them twice and no response. I am Now convinced this site is taking people info and robbing their bank accounts like some of the reviews mentioned. I just hope they don't take $2000 from my account like they did others and won't refund their money but tell them to sue paypal and win then we'll give your money back. wished I'd never heard of this site. Now I have to check my account everyday to see if I have my car payment! smh...

Print Aura DELIVERS. Their selection of items and colors of products is unmatched.

Items have shipped very quickly (despite a pandemic!!!). I have received only glowing reviews from customers who have received items printed with Print Aura, and that is what truly matters. I love that I can have a branded and beautiful gift note included when necessary.

Take the time to ensure the size of the graphic is correct, and you're good to go.

Anything I needed assistance with was always addressed quickly, and again.... in the midst of a pandemic.

My experience so far with customer service from Connie S. Has been AMAZING! Her prompt knowledgeable responses have saved my life. I appreciate the assortment of products The company has to choose from as well. I can’t wait to get my products and I’ll write another review once I get them .

wasting of time and not user-friendly platform. especially you are a newbie just stay away. i was trying to add product from print aura to etsy store and cant find it.. the response from support took 2 days to reply

This company is a scam they stole from my bank account DO NOT TRUST

I love the huge selection if apparel to choose from. Although I've had some issues with their website i know this is a something they are working on and the customer service is exceptional. Whenever there is an issue they respond in a timely manner and do whatever they can to make it right and that's what matters most to me.

We got $2000 stolen by Printaura. We're dealing with it for about the month and Printaura refuses to refund them back.

The worst of all is that they just charged us for $2000 in 2 transactions without any shame. Without any orders coming in.

And after you contact them they basically say to you "yeah, we will refund them back once you win the case on PayPal against us".

THIEVES!

That's all they are.

Each and every one of them!

Their customer service is by far the worst the world has ever seen and will not help you with anything. But I guess they were not meant to be helpful.

If you want to have your money stolen just like we did, go ahead and install their app.

If you do want to help yourself out stay away.

Staying away from this company is all it takes.

I've been using Print Aura for years with relatively good results; what I like most about them is their huge selection of apparel to print to! However, they recently changed their website a few months ago, and it is a WONKY, terrible interface. I tried to order directly from their mock-up tool for the first time ever, rather than using the manual order entry that I usually do (I print a relatively infrequent amount of shirts).

The order didn't show up as processed, but they still charged my card. When I alerted them to this situation, they asked me for the order number so they could look into it--even though I had specifically told them that a lack of order number was the problem. -_- I'm working with them on this now, so I will update my review depending on how they handle it (I've also told my bank about it, so we'll see who ends up resolving it).

Furthermore, I made another order the next day using PayPal and the manual order so I wouldn't get screwed again, and it did go through. This was ordered well in advance of their Christmas deadline, but it has been in "Processing" for nearly 2 weeks, and it will most certainly miss the Christmas deadline. Since it's for a customer, I'm pretty bummed about that--I submitted the order 4 days before their 'guaranteed delivery by Christmas' date. Not sure if this is because I'm disputing another order, but it's a separate one with a separate payment method, so it really shouldn't be an issue.

Since this is my first foray into using Print Aura's customer service, I'm not impressed. I'm hoping that they can resolve at least some of my issues, because I do like the quality and variety of their products.
