Print Aura Reviews 

Print Aura has been great to work with. We have used them for a t shirt site integrated with Shopify and that worked great. When there was an issue with the print they sent out a replacement within days. Since then we have used them for company promo items so we don't have to order 12 or 24 of each garment to meet minimums for our small staff. More recently I made a design that I wasn't sure would print correctly and Cheryl helped me by reviewing the design file for me and printing just one and sending me a photo of the finished print, as I did not have time to order a test. Across the board there customer service has been exceptional for us. Will continue to work with them in the future!

the website has been broken since at least Oct. You can not add any new products or offerings (new word for it) - have complained and complained. I came up here looking for alternatives and or to see if they are going out of business - because at this rate - discontinuing the website - would be a merciful death.

We're going on 2 years now that we've been working with PrintAura, and there are various other print companies out there (we've tried various!), but when it comes to being great in all areas of business (i.e. service, communication, quality), PrintAura is our provider of choice. There are many things that can happen from during transactions like mistakes on our side, the customer's side or the provider, but what's important is how its managed and from their frontline team all the way up to the owner we have experienced top notch customer service, courtesy and great execution on their part to fix something even if it wasn't their fault.

We're just now starting to put efforts into ramping up our business, but if you're looking to start a business for that requires a reliable printer, do yourself a favor, look no further and don't wast time/$ anywhere else, PrintAura is the company to go with!

Having a super support team with our chosen printing partner “PrintAura” has made the process very pleasant and extremely professional. They are very hands on and knowledgeable. All questions and concerns are addressed in an appropriate timeframe and that’s big given the volume of clients they deal with. Most recently been working with Connie and as with all things in our world that are excellent “no words” needed to describe the experience. Same goes for Cheryl who was a big help initially. I'm trying out different POD services and one of them is Print Aura. I recently placed a sample order (black t-shirt) with them to see how their shipping and shirt quality is like. Their processing and shipping times are surprisingly fast (I did order the $2 rush processing). My item arrived fairly quick but the quality was terrible! The shirt looked like someone just spray painted the fabric. The lines were not sharp and the color looked light and faded even with the under base. However, Connie helped me right away with the order. She said it was a printing error that doesn't happen often. She just processed a replacement. Overall I'm happy with Connie's customer service and would recommend Print Aura. I will update my review on the quality once I receive the replacement shirt.
