Connie was great help answer all my questions

I am just about to launch my new business, and Print Aura has been a great choice for my drop shipping.

My friends and family that tried the shirts out liked the quality of the materials and the printing, even after washing.

I also love the brands they ha e to choose from, as USA made clothing is preferable, along with eco-friendly materials and ink. My anticipated types of customers will appreciate all of that.

Customer Service has also been a huge plus. They have been highly responsive with my questions, as I have never done this before and had no idea what I was doing, ha.

The one suggestion would be to provide a little more detail on the process for automatic pulling from PayPal, for paying them first to do the shirts the customers buy from you.

Otherwise, I’m very excited to be working with Print Aura on my new business.

I had a problem with a order that gave me pause. Who could have thought that this would be suitable to send to a customer?
Connie’s helpful customer service gave me reason to consider using your company in the future. Mistakes will always be made and this is understood. However, when they occur it’s good to know that you have people like Connie and Justin. They took the time and care to ensure that I received a quality product. Excellent customer service!!

I've been waiting over a month to hear anything back from their support. Their WooCommerce integration does not work properly and they will not make any attempt to even get back to me. This is unbelievably frustrating.

My first impression: Their website is clunky and difficult to operate.
But I thought I'd give them a try nonetheless. But the test product we printed with them was subpar. When we reached out to their customer service to ask why it was subpar, they blamed our files, even though there is nothing wrong with the files we uploaded. I believe their website probably downsizes the file to make it more manageable, but then ends up making the image blurry. We can't email them a high quality file because the file size is too large for them and they won't accept links to Google Drive so I'm not sure how anyone can work with them to create a high quality product...

I've been working on getting our t-shirt shop set up for a couple months now. The Print Aura team has been wonderful! I get a response to almost any inquiry within 24-48 hours, depending on when it's sent. I've been dealing primarily with Justin, Chris, and Cheryl, all via email. I did find the lack of phone support frustrating in one instance.

They've helped me make sure my artwork is formatted properly, helped troubleshoot issues I had with the mockup tool, and even rushed a shipment of proofs (for free!) that were doubling as Christmas presents.

My one complaint would be I wish it was better integrated with Etsy - I have to edit each of my Etsy listings after pushing them from Print Aura. I believe this is an issue with the Etsy API, not an issue with Print Aura, hence no stars being docked.

I would absolutely not recommend this printing company for t-shirts. They were very difficult to work with and the customer service experience was worried.

Paul Macenroe was rude on multiple occasions, and once I got my order in, the printing was completely subpar and not even QCed before mailing it out to me. It was completely unusable and a waste of the money I spent on it.

I reached out many times via email and via phone to try to rectify the problem, but I was never returned a phone call or email. At this point, my only course of action is to declare the charges fraud on my credit card.

With a recent T-Shirt/ SweatShirt order for a first time customer, I used Print Aura as a new print vendor. This was a time sensitive order and Print Aura really stepped up ( thanks Paul ) and made sure my order was printed and shipped in time for my customer. The print quality looks just great and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

As you can see from reviews online. They are a shady company. They are not willing to go out of there way for customers are I am expecting a refund for my previous order. The issue was that my 1st order went through, it turned out GREAT! (the print was wonderful). The second order their software didn't connect to my website, and they manually pulled in my customer's order and they printed it with a different file the first one. This order turned out horrible, 1/4 the size. They weren't willing to accept the mistake. Paul told me to fix this I had to pay $15 to print a new shirt out (discounted, but it was a mistake so i was expecting a new one out for free). I offered to pay for shipping, and he declined and hung up on me when I told him i would be switching suppliers because of this. I run 3 e-commerce stores and understand how business works. I am disappointed with the customer service and would like a refund.

The customer service was good and their videos provide step-by-step instructions for preparing and ordering your product. Otherwise...

A poor quality product (mug) compared to the sample I ordered from InkGarden.com. They claim to have High Quality Printing. Perhaps that is true for their garments but not at all for their mugs. My design has a birght organe font and the one I received is pale.

The Website is not well designed. When I searched for My Orders the response was No Orders. A customer service representative had to instruct me to use the drop down menu, next to the empty text box, and select All from a list of possible orders in their production chain. There is more on that aspect but I would belabor the point.

You have to contact them to withdraw funds from your account. This should be available on their site like PayPal.

The login page is poorly designed. There are instructions to login or setup a free account and beneath that is the message that I am logged in with my company name.

There template for mugs is a pdf or a psd. The pdf does not allow you to position your mug on it. It's not a template, it's a pdf. The psd link is broken.

I am not at all satisfied with this company and I am very Web saavy (have designed layouts and maintained sites). Will not use them again.

Possibly the worst fulfillment company I've ever used. Be prepared for a 2 10 day processing time for phone cases, 2-3 day wait for customer service response. They also closed my account because i disputed a case that wasn't processed after 2 weeks, wanting my money back on paypal.

There was a few times when they shipped the wrong order to the wrong customer as well.

Stay away.
