The overall product was great and I was happy with the banner created as a ONE off purchase for my boss 3 years ago!!

I have then been contacted constantly by phone and email by this company they are parasites so I would never use them again. Mike Wilson and Ben Richardson and MANY others should be ashamed. i asked them in writing to remove my details and they still contact me. AVOID AVOID AVOID - WORSE THAN YOUR EX BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just had to threaten to report these people to whoever controls data protection because they phone me every fortnight to try to sell me more printing that i do not require despite me asking them to remove my phone number from their records about 5 times

We ordered multiple aluminium boards and what arrived was genuinely shocking. They were all scratched, chipped, and finished so poorly it looks like they were cut with a blunt butter knife. Completely unusable for any professional setting.

We requested a refund and were immediately told it was the courier’s fault. It wasn’t. The packaging was intact (ironically the only thing they got right), which makes it obvious this is a manufacturing and quality control issue.

Their “customer service” is equally poor. They refuse to handle complaints over the phone, hide behind generic responses, and after forcing us to send photos and videos, concluded the damage is acceptable because it “can’t be seen from 2 metres away.” That tells you everything you need to know about their standards.

This is not a serious company. The product is substandard, and their refusal to take responsibility is worse.

We’ll be recovering the money through our bank.

The guys on the ordering chat are great. They're able to help with any queries, and the products are great, versatile and I use them again and again and again.

The combination was good and they were very helpful.

I ordered a sweatshirt with a custom print on. I used their WhatsApp to communicate and then they quickly emailed me through the proof and payment link.

I was really impressed by the service and the product was as requested and delivered on the day they said - within 2 days of my payment.

Reviews are awful but I can only comment on my personal experience which was great, ordered last year & came back for a second item . order was checked to ensure correct before I paid , artwork proof sent , I approved , arrived exactly as requested for a good price in good time not sure if I was lucky or a simple job but all good.

Ordered what we thought would be a simple print job, both products incorrectly printed, incorrect product supplied, and arrived late.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
No responsibility taken, no refund arranged.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered an A1 pavement stand in Dec 2025 (fine). Ordered a replacement A1 poster a month later — it arrived creased, too dark, and too narrow to fit the frame. Measured the original “A1” banner and it’s 1–2cm off, meaning I had to fold the new poster just to fit it. Despite clear photos, they denied responsibility and told me to iron it, and we're a charity, unreal. Won’t be using them again.

Absolutely awful.
This company operates under several different names, all owned and run by the same group of people who use generic names like "Tom" or "Andrew".
The company address listed on my invoice is for a dissolved company, they accepted an order for double sided leaflets knowing their printer was out of use.
Received an awful quality roller banner, it was damaged and unable to be used, the company refused a refund and said they could replace it but I had to pay for the return (and the product was so awful I didn't want it).
They hide behind T&C's which are in breach of consumer law, currently in the process of getting a chargeback from my bank.
Go to hello print or banana print instead!

Ordered a simple -or so I thought- sticker printing job, a white design and text over clear background, for a set of transparent bottles. I provided the finished artwork myself.

After three attempts and two months I still don’t have the correct product:

1st attempt: They forgot the white opaque base, therefore the sticker rendered invisible when applied.

2nd attempt: The artwork was blurry as if the printer head had moved in the process. Also, not white but a light grey.

3rd attempt: Still not white!

Customer service has been understanding and helpful throughout, but quality control was just non-existing. The overall experience has been a total waste of my time due to the continuous issues.

I will not be using this company again.

A last minute order, and the staff were very helpful and responsive. They turned around the order super speedy and the order got to me in advance of the celebration they were needed for. Quality materials and high quality printing… went down very well with everyone, thanks Jack
