I considered trying Prolon for months and decided to start with the one day reset. I felt so statiated the whole day, the food was delicious. And best of all, it worked as advertised. My whole system felt rejuvenated the next day. I decided to buy the 5 day program and if that goes as well, I'll move on to the once a month program. I have a very challenging gut and Prolon knew how to deal with it to my utter amazement!

Poor service
Poor service, I suspended and cancelled membership, only to receive the box in mail 48hrs later. I was made to search for the acknowledgment emails of the suspension and cancellation in order to try and get a full refund. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, will never use this company again.

A Great Experience!
This was the first 5-day Fast-Mimicking Diet from Prolon that I've done. The food (Expanded Variety pack option) was very tasty. Everything about the program was straight-forward and easy to follow. The daily coaching sessions with Tammi really added value to the overall program. I plan to do a 2nd and 3rd one as recommended within a 3-month window based upon the excellent results I experienced in increased energy level, clarity, and overall wellness. Thank you Prolon for making this important process an option to do at home!

The great and the not so great
There is high positive, and high negative. On the positive side, Not weight loss, but something much more important. I have more vitality!! My skin looks amazing! My brain is functioning better! Customer service was not great. I have called a few times without a call back, and 1 get a monthly subscription of the fasting shakes. One bag arrived the same month as expiration, next month, I got another bag that had expired ( both dated) April 2026. With what I pay, that is ridiculous. I don't like how there isn't a representative to talk to when needed. They don't make it as easy as it should be to reach customer service! If it were not for that, I would give the product a 6 stars if possible!

Prolon Has Made All The Difference
I had become highly toxic and quite a bit overweight. Nothing worked to help me get on track to eat the way I want to. There are definitely addictions. Prolon 5 day fast is easy to do. I've done it 3 times now (3 months apart), and am steadily improving. I think I'm finally there to actually do the 24 hour fast 3x a week like I've wanted to! I will definately continue the 5 day resets every 3 months! It's wonderful to have finally found something that works and is healthy, too!

I was really happy with the results
I was really happy with the results. I lost weight, especially around my waist, and reset my eating. I'm eating healthier now. I know that the main reason for the FMD is autophagy, which we can't see, but the results that I can see were fantastic, and I plan to complete another 5 day fast soon.

As a board certified health and wellness coach I wanted to try this as I periodically do fasts. I would not recommend. The bars and shake taste highly processed, the soups have 8x the amount of healthy sodium levels ( an easy rule of thumb is sodium should be no more than the total calories per serving). I realize this is a fast and they may want to be keeping sodium levels in check but that is still excessive. Many foods are loaded with almonds often as the first ingredient, which is extremely high in oxalates and can form kidney stones over time in those who are at risk. Overall the food tastes either too sweet or too salty and overly processed. One can get close to mimicking this diet on their own by finding foods with a similar ingredients and nutritional information profile. There is nothing unique about these foods.

Prolon was created in part to mitigate some of the negative side effects associated with prolonged water fasting, including adherence, dehydration, muscle loss, gallstones, hypotension, hypoglycemia, and nutrient deficiency, while still supporting the benefits associated with fasting, including autophagy. The goal was never simply to create a collection of foods with similar calories or ingredients. Prolon provides a scientifically developed combination of micro-, and macronutrients designed to keep the body nourished while supporting the fasting-like state and avoiding activation of key nutrient-sensing pathways.
We are also very intentional about the ingredients we use. Our formulations include nuts, which are rich in monounsaturated fats; olives, which provide healthy monounsaturated fats and antioxidants; flax seeds, which provide omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and essential nutrients; vegetables, which provide vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber; lentils, which provide protein, fiber, and other nutrients; spices to enhance flavor and provide potential health benefits; and prebiotic fiber to support gut health and beneficial gut bacteria.
Regarding the sodium content, sodium is intentionally incorporated into the Prolon formulation as part of the overall nutritional composition of the five-day program. Prolon’s sodium content ranges from approximately 1.6–2 grams per day, and sodium plays an important role in maintaining hydration and electrolyte balance during fasting.
We certainly respect that Prolon may not have been the right fit for your personal preferences. At the same time, we want to make sure our customers have accurate information when making decisions about their health. Prolon’s formulation is the result of extensive research and intentional nutritional design, and we care deeply about both the science behind the program and the quality of the products we provide.

The website had issues on the day I tried to order. Despite reaching out to chat, the issue didn't get resolved until I reached out again. The few emails I sent either bounced back (having used the copied support email from your site) or weren't answered.
When I finally did get an answer, the only order solution was via invoice that was $40 more than the stated web price.

The website was not easy to navigate. I couldn’t find a complete list of what was in the fasting kit and what the difference packages/flavors were. The only way I found a detailed explanation of the flavors was by taking the quiz. Only then were all the details spelled out.

I love this program. The hardest thing about doing a fast is getting started. It helps to have a structured protocol and support.
