Ordering was great! Delivery was great but when ordering North American Wildlife and I get an Ocelot and Puffins and other interesting non traditional North American animals it makes me wonder! I realize they are kind of North American but wanted very traditional animals for North America!

Love working with this company
Love working with this company. Love that they send out an annual email reminding me it's time to reorder and also provide last years details to I don't have to go digging for information to place my order. Made an order 2 weeks ago for production to start in September and be delivered sometime in the end of September and they we processed and delivered by the end of August!

Ordering online / paying is a relatively simple process.
The issue I have is when my calendars arrive, half or more are damaged. I contacted PCD and they re-shipped new calendars to replace the damaged ones. The problem is whoever is packing calendars in corrugated cartons, there is no packing material on the corners. The corners get creased during shipping. At that point the calendars are garbage. Last year I lost 100+ calendars because I didn't inspect the calendars in one of the boxes they came in. I caught it months later.
This is an easy fix if you secure the corners of the calendars in the cardboard boxes prior to shipping.
Like I said, my breakage was replaced, BUT, shipped the same manner. This is an easy fix. Please look into this.
