Can´t recommend.

I ordered a single-editor service, which guarantees the text service without grammatical mistakes. The reviewers from journal noticed that the text is full of mistakes and needs a careful proofreading by native speaker.
So, I assume single-editor service is not responsible for the accurate text?

"As stated on the website, we recommend that articles for publication go through our two-editor service, which this did not. For our one-edit service, we can only promise significant improvement in the language (please see image below), which the editor has delivered on."
