Excellent. Ruby was so fantastic and communicated with me at every step of the booking process. They found me a fantastic ticket to use my GUF 2 voucher - and I would use them again hands down.

Propeller have helped me with 2 British Airways GUF flight bookings to date and their service has been fantastic - including bookings, general queries and change to itineraries. Most of my interaction has been over email with Ruby and she has been very patient, helpful and responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I booked a multi-stop First Class itinerary for 2 people with Propeller, using a BA GUF2 voucher. They not only handled my booking request rapidly but managed to even save some money from the cheapest quote I had found elsewhere. Top notch service, will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service - very quick and efficient. Ruby helped me to book a complex itinerary for a very good price and Daniel provided exceptional service in the middle of the night when my flight back from the US was cancelled at the last minute. Highly recommended.

I have used Propeller Travel a few times now this year to book complex British Airways upgrade tickets. They can handle a complex booking and make it look easy. Their service has been prompt and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Daniel was a wonderful help! He responded to my inquiries quickly and was very responsive. This was my first time booking through Propeller, as I am pretty good at getting my own deals. He met or bettered the best deals I found AND we received hundreds of dollars in amazing extras we would not have had otherwise. Next time I will save time too, by using Propeller from the start.

Propeller gave me excellent service when I had a complex British Airways booking to make using an upgrade voucher. I filled in a request form on their website on a Sunday afternoon and had a reply within an hour; my booking was all sorted within 48 hours and communicating with them via email was really easy. I'm sure they'd be great for simpler bookings too, but highly recommended for these more specialist situations.

So far they have been great to deal with although I've not been on the holiday they booked thus far. So far so good.
