I've only been with them for 4 months, but Christian and his team seem great. Christian spent a lot of time with me helping me understand all the options from their offerings, and figuring out which are most advisable for my situation. He also helped me at the start with an urgent deadline I had, which was very much appreciated! I can't speak to the long term performance yet but it seems like I am in good hands.

We have been working with Proper API since a little more than a year and we have no complaints. They are always ready to answer all our questions, they act quite fast in whatever changes we want to be done to our policies or investments.
