We employ dedicated and experienced staff who provide a polite and professional level of customer service through our extensive product knowledge from working within the music industry for many years. All our orders are despatched using a first class or airmail service with Royal Mail (Tracked as standard for all UK orders, optional for ROW) or via our network of courier services. I bought a vinyl which I requested by email to be canceled 1 day later. No response from the store... After 2 days I received an email that the order was shipping. Τhey never saw my email… And also they sent it without to sending me a tracking number!!! I don't know where this package is and when it will arrive... I’m not recommending this store
