PropertyLoop Reviews

My experience with Rai has been absolutely fantastic. After so many disappointments from other agencies and years of searching for a rental property. Rai has made the process so smooth and easy. He has delivered everything he promised and given us a really lovely rental property.

If I could rate him more than 5 stars I will because of the service I received from him. Thank you Rai Raihan for your excellent service

Brad and Matt found me some really lovely, reliable and trustworthy tenants in the nick of time during the Christmas period! When every other business had closed down for the festive period, Brad continued to show people around my flat and ended up finding tenants who could move in straight away and at a great (sensible and competitive) rental rate. I recommend Brad and Matt at PropertyLoop - they’ve been professional, patient, listened to my long list of desirables and exceeded my expectations in the end. Thanks guys!

Great service that found a tenant quickly is proactive and solves issues. Exactly what I was looking for in a property manager. I couldn’t recommend Rai enough.

Rai Raihan
Swift service, prompt payment. Professional approach.

Julia is clearly passionate about providing top quality service. Always a pleasure dealing with her and she clearly knows her stuff!

My husband and I have had a great experience with Rai since last May when he started managing our flat in London. He managed to find a great tenant and secured rent above the initial asking price, which was great. Everything with tenants’ check out and check in, payments, references, repairs at the flat since then has been managed with great efficiency and care so we’d highly recommend Rai.

Excellant cooperation from MR.Andrew Shaw . He help me greatly to find tennant and did all the necessary paper work. I thank him for hard work he has don

Andrew Shaw has a warm, supportive personality and effective and sincere communication style allowed me to trust him as an estate agent to work with him. I have enjoyed my experience with him from the viewing to putting in the offer to the landlord and the referencing process. I look forward to continuing working with him in settling in the place I have viewed.

One of the worst companies to have your flats rented from. They are family run business and no body is accounts for anything. The property manager just harasses you to get more money and pressurise tenants to agree to their terms

Rai was great! The flat is as good as promised and Rai has been very responsive and helpful. Definitely the most pleasant flat search I’ve had in London

Rai was professional in his conduct and very knowledgeable of the lettings market in his locality. He has made the letting process easier for me and kept me informed at all times. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

Found the whole process very straightforward. Pricing etc all very clear upfront as well. Rai Raihan found me an excellent tenant within a few weeks and stays in touch on a regular basis to give me peace of mind. Would definitely use Property Loop again

Rai Raihan has helped me out of many difficult situations with different rentals, gone way beyond what’s strictly required in terms on communication and getting things done and is generally a pleasure to work with. In an industry which feels full of poor service and a lack of care, Rai continues to be reliable, responsive, good value and trustworthy. Thanks Rai!!

Rai Raihan has genuinely taken the stress of BTL rental away by taking care of the sourcing and placing tenants into my property without any involvement on my part, under Full Management of the property he has resolved any repairs swiftly. I have been very happy with his service.

Rai made moving into the property very easy and was very responsive. Great service all around.

Rai always goes above and beyond to help. He is quite fair and maintains regular communication. Would definitely recommend!

Rai Raihan helped me as a perfect professional agent for the excellent property. I recommened him :)

The agent was kind and helpful

Rai has now found me two sets of tenants both times in a matter of days from advertising. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Diligent, professional and responsive.
