They were great to work with. My item came damaged from shipment. It was packaged very well however ups dropped it on the corner. I contacted Pro product sales and the had another one shipped that day. They could have not been better to work with. You don’t find companies like this very often. Also the product was great

After placing my order, it arrived very quickly and was correctly custom made. It was packaged superbly. I would like to see a button added to the product page that specifically says "custom order? click here." If there is one, it was not showing in my browser, so I had to select a standard size to advance to a screen that allowed me to enter my custom order into the comments. I got help from a gentleman named Martin who was both patient and helpful.

Product worked out as intended. A little on the expensive side for a 12x12 piece of plastic. Shipping charges were way too high but unfortunately it is what it is.

The custom hatch cover was well machined and packed with a board to ensure it would not break during shipping. Very pleased with the appearance and craftsmanship. Also, a good value.

I ordered replacement keys for an access panel in my condominium. The website was accurate and had helpful images that gave me confidence i was ordering the right item. Solved a major problem!!! BTW, they arrived pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, the ceiling is not flat. Hopefully the panel is pliable enough to compensate. Happy with my panel although I thought it was a little over priced.

Good product. Shipping is way too expensive to Canada for such a tiny item.
