I then contacted ProProducts who, after contacting me twice to apologize, sent another shipment immediately. I received the product today and have installed it. It fit perfectly, looks great, and was reasonably easy to install.

I inquired about product availability for an access door, and got a response (personal, live via chat) almost immediately not only telling me that the doors were available to be shipped the same day, but also noting a couple of hints about how best to mount the door depending on available framing. I needed an access door done quickly as I had everyone lined up to finish the work on a room that I had been meaning to re-sheetrock for some time and Martin helped me through all the door options and quick shipping.
