It seems when you open a lot number to view and then go back to the catalogue, it has to upload the whole page, not just the item you viewed. I prefer Hibid, as it seems much quicker to view and return to catalogue.

Proxi support actually listened to me when I pointed out an issue with their advertising on Remlinger Auction. Remlinger staff ignored me as I don't think they are quite 'up to speed' but Proxibid support person Ahmed listened and solved it in about an hour. Remlinger will continue to struggle as most do when they cannot see their own shortcomings. Yay Proxi support 10/10

My dealings with the Proxibid customer support person - Kristine - has not been a one-time occurrence - it has actually been several situations that I have communicated with Kristine over the past year or so. She was the initial responding person I communicated with involving Proxibid website issues I encountered, asking for assistance in dealing with auction house issues / costs involving bid purchases and guidance dealing with various auction house customer service issues and non-responses to questions / emails. She has and continues to provide as much support (although limited in several instances) and explanations behind any the reasons regarding certain situations I encountered that she possibly can provide within the scope of her Proxibid authority. It's refreshing to interface with a person who is there to not only listen to your issue but also be up front and crystal clear as to what she can and cannot do to assist you in your request - not promise the stars then deliver nothing! I can only state that in my former career, Kristine would have definitely been one major contributor or manager in any Customer Service department under my supervision. She is definitely an asset to Proxibid and a person they should appreciate!

First off, I don't leva a 5 star review as there is always room for improvement someplace. The signup and approval was painless and quick. Once approved you can do a quick sign in and bid on any Proxibid auction in the country.

When I could not get my question answered by the automated system, I was immediately transferred to a real person. My question (and follow-up question) was appropriately addressed by a knowledgeable individual who was very courteous. It was a very positive experience. I only wish more companies would follow this example.

Proxibid could not resolve my issue but immediately gave me complete contact information for the auction company so I could quickly contact them directly.

They allow deceptive practices...The auctioneers can see your max bid AND can bid on their own auctions with only a small micro font disclosure. While this is a legal loophole meant for live auctions, scammy sites like this attract fraudsters that have a rigged auction. There is ZERO excuse for giving auction houses access to max bids.
