I really enjoy using the service and am hoping to get connected with a few more tennis students soon to help fill up my schedule!

pathological liars
They are pathological liars and morally corrupt : they suspend coaches for bogus reasons of unethical practices and unreasonable expectations- I'm going to file legal action against them with the FTC and other bureaus- they are dishonest and -don't trust them either :if you are a student pay attention for they will recharge you for renewal without your consent[ be mindful of that] -highly unethical .I'm still dealing with them and documenting everything

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Some agent kept texting me to finish this, complete that, and then another agent kept reminding me to complete my background check....which doesn't work properly, and I still can't receive ANY assistance from these incompetent people....👎.
Of course, this critique will see the light of day, but thank God I didn't pay for ANYTHING because I'm certain their staff would have contacted me to complain about something else. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC....👎🤪

Don’t bother asking to speak with a coach before the first lesson
I had a bad experience with TeachMe. I filled out the form on their website at 10 PM and almost immediately I got a call. I thought it would be from the coach but it it was from a TeachMe scheduling coordinator. I asked questions about the coaches approach in working with a player of my level and when they were not able to satisfactory answer them, I asked to speak with the coach. I was told that was not a possibility and I was basically hung up on. Why can’t they let potential trainees speak with a coach? I’m not interested in signing up for a lesson even if it’s free until I know if the coach might be a fit for me.

Save your money, take lessons from another company. This company is going to take your money. Don't sign up for lessons through this company. Get lessons from your nearest golf course.

Edited to add: Apology accepted. I'm still going to leave this up and encourage people to read your apology, so they can see how you handle data---and that took responsibility for a mistake. I appreciate that. The texts have now stopped. Thank you.
I started a profile on TeachMe.to as an ESL teacher. It began slowly, with the texts telling me I had to download the app onto my phone, so I did. I continued working on my profile, the texts became more and more frequent. Almost always from different phone numbers, reminding me to finish my profile. I finally finished my profile, just to shut them up.
Then they began texting up to 3-4 four times a DAY to ask if I need help with anything.
Yesterday, I requested from the only number that seems to have a human behind it that these texts please stop and that I would contact them if I needed any assistance.
Today, I got SIX texts from them, all from different phone numbers, so I have no real way of blocking them, other than changing my phone number or entering the Witness Protection Program.
I'm not surprised to see Airbnb, Yelp, and Doordash were behind this travesty, but Udemy? They should be ashamed of themselves. I may not sign up for any more classes with Udemy either if they support this.
I'm now concerned about what they may have installed on my devices, since I have no real way of forcing them to remove my data from their platform. All I can do is sign out and block my profile.
I don't know what else they be offering, but data-scraping and harassment seem to be on the menu. I don't think I will be able to get rid of them completely short of changing my phone number and abandoning my email address.
While they don't have any terribly sensitive data (I hadn't gotten around to linking them to my bank account for tutor payment), they still have plenty of my data to do whatever they please with, and God only knows what they may have downloaded onto my devices. No legitimate company texts you over 100 times in a month.
Stay away from these people unless you want to be hounded multiple times a day, every day, to do more, get more involved, give them more information, etc. It's like being evangelized by a really bad religion.
