I’ve had a hard time with…

I’ve had a hard time with communication, when I ended coaching last summer I got very frustrated because it took me at least a month to stop getting requests. I prefer to coach only on summer.

It is much easier to get students on this app I don’t have to go looking for them myself which has been helpful.

Payouts have also been quick and easy which I do appreciate.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

While this company provides a fine service, their app is terribly designed and in an effort to pull up my subscription to cancel it, with a single click they charged me nearly $300 and despite reaching out to them IMMEDIATELY when this happened, they refused to do a single thing to help me. I have never in my life been charged for something, even if it’s a single dollar, without having to first confirm my purchase. The fact that a single mistaken click can end up with being charged hundreds of dollars is absolutely laughable and their customer service was abysmal. I will be going out of my way to ensure as few people support this business as possible, I have never been more disappointed with a company in my life.

Resolved scheduling issue

In trying to set a new pickleball instruction schedule the system choked. A message to TeachMeTo quickly resolved this issue. Easy and quick!

As a Coach TeachMeTo has provided great clientele!

As a Coach TeachMeTo has provided very good clientele! Most of the players stay to train long term which helps my training business with recurring income. Also wanted to say that their customer support is rocket fast, anytime I have any issue they are quick to resolve it and provide a solution!

This app is a scam

This app is a scam. Cancelled my subscription two weeks prior and they still charged me $180 dollars. They are claiming they can’t find my cancellation notice and refuse to refund me. All this company cares about is taking your money and they have horrible customer service.

We take cancellation requests very seriously. As our customer support team explained during our conversation, we thoroughly investigated your claim that you sent a cancellation message two weeks prior. However, there was absolutely no record of this message in our system, and you noted you were unable to find a record of it on your end, either.

Please know that our free trial lessons are designed to automatically transition into a subscription, which is clearly outlined in your initial booking confirmation emails. Because no cancellation was successfully submitted prior to your billing date, the system processed the renewal according to our policy. We have already provided you with the appropriate next steps. We wish you the best.

I would never use this service again

I would never use this service again. They show coaches available, you have to pay to book then the coach never responds and they can't locate another coach they do not refund they will only give a credit for a year to rebook - what good is that if you have no coaches? I wouldn't waste your money.

The one-year credit we mentioned was simply presented as an option to lock in your current pricing while we continued to search for an available coach on your behalf. We were waiting for your reply to see if you preferred that option or if you wanted a refund. We have already processed a full refund back to your original payment method. Our team has also sent you a direct message confirming this.

I’m enjoying it here

I’m fairly new to the app, but I’m really enjoying it thus far. That’s all due to the assistance I’ve received from Hanna! She’s been VERY helpful and always available whenever I need assistance. She makes it very easy for me🎾

Real People There to Help!!

The staff behind the scenes are excellent!! They are quick to reply and always helpful. I love that they check in with me to see if I'm available during off hours, and available in different locations. While, I'm not always available, they never give up trying with the client. And, at any hours of the days, they're there to help. They're fantastic!! And, the best part is that they're NOT chatbots!!! Yes, they're great at their jobs!! Give them a raise!! Cha ching!!!

Booked a pickleball lesson for my wife…

Booked a pickleball lesson for my wife and I. After teach me rescheduled multiple times we politely asked for a refund. Teach me proceed to ask us to take a discount or reschedule. We asked 4 more time for a refund and have been repeatedly ignored and they have attempted to force us to choose another option. Scam

Mobile website forces you to purchase…

Mobile website forces you to purchase recurring subscription plan with recurring charges. Would not let you use gift card code from your phone, you have to use a desktop. Found out when I reached out to the coach he charges half as much for a lesson in real life because the website charges a finders fee. Worst experience I feel like I was scammed. Customer service attempted to help but really this website is a rip off and really tries to push a full lesson plan at a much higher cost. I recommend looking for coaches directly outside of this website. Expensive lesson for me as they would not offer a refund on the gift card I purchased for someone who could not redeem it from the site on their phone.

We want to clarify that your refund was actually approved and processed immediately last Wednesday. Additionally, our support team reached out directly to Joshua to offer manual assistance in setting up his lessons so he can still redeem and enjoy his gift card. We are currently waiting for his reply to get that scheduled for him.

The issue you experienced at checkout was due to our engineering team running active UI improvements on our mobile site, which temporarily caused an error with gift card redemption. Regarding pricing, our platform provides secure bookings, vetted professionals, and a dedicated, active customer support team—which is why prices may differ from booking someone privately.

We are a legitimate business that prides itself on having a responsive support team ready to help, and we are glad we were able to get the refund sorted out while we wait to help Joshua get booked!
