FRAUDE. Ofrecen un test a precio 0,50 EUR para 24 horas y luego si no cancelas, cobran 47,50 / mes. Hice test, CANCELÉ inmediatamente, pero siguen cargando cada mes sin autorización. He reclamado, sin respuesta. Comprobando hoy (27-julio-2025), resulta que a pesar de haber cancelado la cuenta en su día, sigue activa. He vuelto a cancelarla, con pantallazo, el día de hoy (quede este mensaje por prueba).

Una estafa, te cobran 0,50€ por un test, hasta ahí perfecto, te descuidas y al día siguiente 47,50€, me conseguí meter en la web y vi algo de una membresía o algo así, pero ya vi que se me había cobrado, me puse en contacto con ellos, me dijeron que si me lo devolvian, pero nada, se lo he vuelto ha indicar, que no me preocupe que a veces tarda unos 7 días, pero esto fue el 8 de Julio...

Charged Without Consent – Ignored My Immediate Cancellation
I had the exact same experience as many others. I paid around 0.50€ for a simple personality test — nowhere did it clearly state that I would be automatically subscribed and charged 47€ the next day.
The moment I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted their support team, expecting it to be resolved since the offer said you can cancel within 24 hours. I did cancel within that time, but their response was that I was “too late.”
How is that possible? The charge happened today. If this isn’t a scam, then what is?
This behavior is deceptive and unethical. I want my money refunded and hope others are warned before falling into the same trap.

Te cobran 50 CTS por un test que no sirve para nada y a las 24 horas te cobran 47.5 euros porque supuestamente has dado tu consentimiento para suscribirte, cuando no está puesto claramente en ningún sitio. Son unos timadores y es un fraude, una estafa.como si el test que realizas valiese más que los 50cms iniciales. Que asco de empresa y que asco de gente que hay detrás. He reclamado por email porque es la única forma de contactar con ellos

I can describe exactly the same as everyone else before me. I paid 0.5 EUR for the personality test, but the next day they deducted another 47 EUR from my account. Customer service was not helpful, I did not get my money back. It is outrageous how they deceive people. Do not click on this site at all!

Es una estafa. Después de realizar un test te dicen que para ver los resultados son 0,50 € y pone que es una suscripción de 24 horas. Y después de cobrarte los 50 céntimos, te cobran una suscripción mensual por 47,50 €. ¿Y que sentido tiene?, tan solo tienen un test en la web. Una vez realizado, ¿para que necesito una suscripción? Yo acepté la suscripción de 24 horas por 0,50€, no la mensual. No he recibido ningún servicio más por su parte que un test.

Son como unos matones, te imponen un pago sorpresivo sin consentimiento. Cobran una segunda factura de 47,50€ la emiten después de la primera factura de 0,50€. Amenazan con el siguiente mensaje escrito en la segunda factura: "En caso de retraso en el pago, se aplicará una penalización de 3 veces el tipo de interés legal, además de una indemnización a tanto alzado por gastos de cobro de 40€"

SCAM – Unauthorized charge without account or warning
I paid 0.50 EUR for a 24-hour trial and never created an account or agreed to any subscription. Yet, days later, I was charged 47.50 EUR without any warning, email, or confirmation. My card even went into negative balance, which normally triggers a notification – but not here. That’s how shady this operation is.
There was some vague bot chat, but no real customer support, and no clarity on if or when I’ll get my money back.
Avoid this site at all costs – it’s a trap. It lures you in with a cheap test and then silently charges your card for a monthly subscription you never agreed to. This is classic scam behavior.

Just like the others, I paid EUR 0.5 for a single test and my debit card got debited for EUR 47.50 the next day. I already cancelled my card but I will pursue them both with An Garda Síochána and also with Europol.
I want no refund, they steal and I want to prevent people losing money to these scammers.

it's clearly a scam
At no point was it clearly stated that a 47€ subscription would be charged after 24 hours. I never created an actual account, never confirmed a payment, and never received any email about being subscribed.
Before Easter, they tried to charge my card and failed. I thought that was the end of it. But today, they successfully charged me 47€, without any warning.
I immediately went to the site and canceled the subscription (I have a screenshot as proof), but I never received any confirmation from them. It’s unacceptable to charge users—especially minors—without clear terms and without their consent.

Vorsicht Abzocke,unseriös, versteckte kosten.
Meine Schwester und ich haben ebenfalls einen Test gemacht; dort stand die Option für eine 24-Stunden-Testversion oder ein Abo. Selbstverständlich wählten wir die 24-Stunden-Testversion. Ohne jegliche vorherige Information oder Bestätigung per E-Mail wurden mir am nächsten Tag zweimal 47,50 € abgebucht. Dies finde ich nicht in Ordnung und habe deswegen sofort reklamiert und möchte mein Geld zurück. Es wird kein Geld erstattet. Die Seite ist sehr unseriös, nicht einmal ein Name in der E-Mail oder Kontaktinformation ist angegeben.

Surprised with being charged through my bank card. I am kindly requesting to be refunded for the amount of 47,50 euros that were charged from my bank account through online purchase in my card Without my consent. I had not subscribed for a plan of such amount. The personality test was announced as costing 0,50 euros.
I see that this scam is quite usual, as many people are complaining about this website in customers forums. You won’t go too far with such practices.
