Lured into a Subscription, fraud
DO NOT USE YOUR CREDITCARD ON THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
I took the test and was told that I had to pay 0.5 Euro to get it. So I did, not knowing they lured me into a subscription (to what??) of 47.50 Euro monthly. I have mailed them and asked for a refund, because this is trickery.
And as mentioned by others, I hadn't even made an account. How can you subscribed and not have an account.
This is foul play, and they will react politely but the truth is that their business model is clearly based on 'smoke and mirrors' and cashing at least 47.50 Euro's from a filled in test.
Refund me the 47.50 and confirm that I have cancelled the subscription cause that ain't clear either on the site.
EDIT: I did unsubscribe in the 24 hours with the button on the site, but I am sure Psality did not unsubscribe (how can they without account) and in the terms is stated that you have to send a mail to unsubscribe.
Done, but no confirmation.
So i take my losses and blocked the card and asked for a new one. That way they can not charge me more monthly.

Je me suis fait arnaquer également... Bien entendu j'ai téléphoné et écrit un mail. J'ai reçu confirmation que l'abonnement serait stopper ainsi que le prélèvement en tout cas j'ai eu un prélèvement de 0,50 cts pour le test puis 24h après 47,50e hors il est convenu que l'abonnement sera prélevé 48h s'il n'y a pas de désinscription. Demain je vais a la banque mais je contact également un juriste avec la protection juridique de la banque..

Jetzt bin ich dabei das Geld zurückzufordern. Psality und meine Bank habe ich schon angeschrieben.

Gleiches erlebt wie andere. Erst 50 Cent bezahlt und dann in einer Abo-Falle mit 47,50 Euro. Ich habe von meinem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch gemacht. Es wurde ein Account erstellt ohne meine Kenntnisnahme. Auch ist es kurios, dass es zwei Seiten: psality.com und psona.io gibt. Sicherheitshalber habe ich beide angeschrieben. Eins kommt aus GB und das andere aus Irland. Dies ging, indem ich das Passwort zurückgesetzt habe. Es ist sehr undurchsichtig und man muss ständig die Sprache auf Deutsch stellen. VORSICHT!

Yesterday I did a test here, which looked free of course, after finishing it, I got info that I need to pay 50 cents to get the result, I paid it. ANd today I have been charged for 47,50 euro. I didn't want to be subscribed, I even didn't see any question about it.
It looks like scam, your webpage propose the test and after 24h you take Money from the account.
It's unbelievable to pay 48 euro for the few questions.

I need the refund. I already chat with some bot or real consultant, she answered that refund can't be proceed, because I made a registration. I did not!!!
Usually you need to put your personal info to fill up the page, to confirm information and subscription. But it's impossible to make a subscription after paying 50 cents. Sh8TTY webpage. People came here to your website to help themself, to understand themself and you charging in 24h for 48euro. If you want money, just add information on the main page that it costs 10euro for the test and people will pay them, but not in such way. I am so disappointed that website from UK or FR can be soo unfair.!!!!

I came for a €0.50 personality test and saw that they took €47.50 from my bank account.
And I've seen many similar reviews.
They scam and steal money from people.
I never received any information about signing up for an automatic subscription.
I don't even have a password for my so-called user account on this site.
How can you sign up for a paid subscription without being notified by email of a payment confirmation or anything else?
How can you be a subscriber without having an account to log in?
Shame on you! This is clearly a scam.

considero que el funcionamiento de esta empresa presenta graves indicios de prácticas malintencionadas y potencialmente abusivas.
En diciembre realicé una supuesta compra puntual de un test por 0,50€, sin embargo, en letra pequeña se activó una suscripción mensual encubierta. Hasta aquí, ya estaríamos ante una cláusula abusiva, pero la situación se agrava por los siguientes hechos:
Nunca se me vinculó un correo electrónico, lo cual impide todo acceso a una cuenta personal o gestión de la suscripción desde la propia plataforma. Esto constituye una violación directa del derecho a la información y al control de los datos personales, así como de la capacidad de ejercer la baja voluntaria de un servicio digital.
La empresa realiza cobros mensuales con el descriptor bancario HPY*URTEST.COM1, un nombre que no corresponde claramente al dominio real del servicio prestado (psality.com), lo cual genera opacidad y confusión para el consumidor, dificultando la trazabilidad del origen del cobro.
No existe un sistema de atención efectivo al cliente: no responden correos ni existe un canal verificable de resolución de conflictos. Esto es especialmente preocupante en el contexto de una suscripción automática que sigue generando cargos sin consentimiento explícito renovado ni posibilidad de cancelación directa.
Desde un punto de vista legal, esta empresa podría estar incurriendo en conductas contrarias al Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD), a la Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información (LSSI) y a la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios en Europa.
⚠️ Recomiendo encarecidamente no utilizar esta plataforma, reportar sus actividades ante organismos de defensa del consumidor, y exigir a las entidades bancarias el bloqueo inmediato de cualquier cobro futuro por tratarse de una suscripción oculta, no gestionable ni transparente.

They ruined my life.
I'm a student with $50 monthly allowance on food, and this site took everything from me. Yesterday I bought a cheap $0.50 test results, (IT DID NOT STATE THAT IM BUYING A SUBSCRIPTION TRANSPARENTLY) I checked today on diffrent account and it really does not say that you will be charged more, you have to acctually read the terms and conditions of the site to acknowledge it.
My card got declined today while buying lunch food, So Im here starving. And I will be hungry for the next 3 weeks just because of this company. I am graduating next month and I might have to skip school alot now to work and make money for food, but even then, the job pays monthly. I dont know how I will survive the next 3 weeks with $4 dollars in my bank and almost no food in fridge. Thanks for maybe ruining my life. I know it might be useless asking for a refund but please if you have some morality and humanity in you, I really beg you for a refund. I have no one to help me with the food as I live alone. I also have a cat so Im using my last $4 to buy cat food for her. I will be left with absolutly nothing.

I paid euro 0.50 for English test from Psality, thinking it was a one-time fee. To my shock, I was charged euro 47.50 every month until I noticed it! When I tried to cancel it teh link was not working - oops Eror 404. This is Fraud. I never authorized this subscription.

Pensé que 0,5 € no era mucho y accedí pero no queda claro que te van a cobrar pasada las 24 h en sus terminos y condiciones en el apartado 6 está el desistimiento, lo solicito desde el mismo viernes que me cobraron para que según la ley me hagan la devolución de ese importe y solo responden en bucle como si fuera un mensaje automático. Seguiré insistiendo hasta que me den otra respuesta y en breve sino iniciaré las denuncias pertinentes.

Betrüger! Habe einmal für 50 Cent ein Persönlichkeitstest gemacht. Ein Tag später haben die mir 47,50 abgebucht für ein Abo welches ich nicht gebucht habe. Und das schlimmste, ich habe keine Bestätigung dafür erhalten oder email das ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe, nur diese Abbuchung als Indiz, dann haben die mir ein Konto hinterher erstellt. Dann habe ich also nach der Abbuchung durch pw vergessen tatsächlich ein pw kreieren können und das Abo storniert, das steht da aber nur in Französisch damit man es nicht findet! Ich habe aber keine Bestätigung fürs kündigen. Garnichts, komplett bodenlos
