Fraudulent Membership Fee

They (Pureance) have billed me $77 for a "membership" that I never signed up for. I just discovered this today and am trying to figure out how to cancel it. They did this 6 days after I made a purchase. (Pureance LLC)

Dry and uneven skin tones

My skin is dry and I have a very uneven skin tone. I'm hoping this product works as well as the doctor says. I like the fact that you are given a 365 day guarantee and full refund if it doesn't work for me.

The website is easy to maneuver and pick out the products that you wish to try. I love the fact that I have a 365 day return policy to back up the product. I am trying the Hydro lift shampoo, conditioner, and the scalp serum I am looking forward to great results.

Hydralift Shampoo

Other than all the products shown, which I appreciate, I couldn't buy everything at the great prices offered. Being a senior citizen on a limited income doesn't allow me to make such large amount purchases, even though your prices offered were great. Since this is a first time purchase and I haven't received it yet, I can't say how well it works until I get it and try it. Hopefully, everything you said about it will be just what I need to make my hair stronger and fill in the bald spots I hate.

Shipped unordered and unwanted shampoo

These people shipped me a bottle of Shampoo for $44. plus its on a recurring order scam. #1, I would NEVER order any recurring order thing, and#2, I have NO use for any shampoo (BALD!). I called the number on the shipping label (310 409-4616), no longer in service. I called a number from their website. Of course they claim I ordered it, and will not send return authorization, BUT! I can ship it back at MY expense for a refund on something I did not order. Or I can get a 10% discont to just keep it. Well Whoopee! DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THEIR WEB SITE, THEY WILL SOMEHOW SEND YOU SOMETHING AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL YOU CANCEL THESUBSCRIPTION. I hiave submitted a claim thru PayPal, will see how that goes.

I love it

I love it! Very gentle on the skin. Absorbs nicely. No sticky residue. The only thing I can call out is the scent.

Never consented to a Subscription for…

Never consented to a Subscription for $48 shampoo! Just received 3 bottles, reached out regarding this issue they have an offshore Customer Service department that repeats like a parrot every statement you say (so annoying) I also emailed Blaze who stated I have to PAY SHIPPING on an order I did not want/Order. That is a NOPE! based on all of these other upset customers I'm obviously NOT the only person they are shoving unwanted product on. Escalating an reporting this company

Do not put your credit card on file with this company if you do they confirm your order themselves this is not fair and then they will tell you that you confirmed it it's not fair it's not right My profile is not even complete for this mess please do not do not order from this company ever your hair falling out wash it

Happy with my experience

My experience has been good so far. There were some stock delays due to high demand, but I was notified. After the first wash, the shampoo left my hair feeling silky, and I’m looking forward to seeing the long-term results.

WaRNING!!!!!!!This is a scam

WaRNING!!!!!!!This is a scam. I didn’t actually order this product but somehow started receiving it. I mailed the company after receiving the first bottle of $48 shampoos. There was no response. I just received another bottle! After spending 25 minutes arguing with someone from the company who stated my email connected was from ten years ago…. She agreed to send a return label which I had to climb a mountain to get! We did try the shampoo which left both my husband and my hair feeling like straw . If you get caught in this nightmare find the telephone number on line and don’t give up. After 25 minutes they finally agreed to let me return with their label. Do not let them tell you they can’t do this for whatever lie they give you.

Avoid if your Canadian

I purchased the serum and it’s too soon to tell if it’s working well. Especially because it is suggested to use with the hot and cold instrument .which I purchased . I could not remove the cap from the base to use it. I called customer service who explained the technique ( not given on the instruction sheet). I could not nor could two other adults remove the lid from the base. I wanted to exchange it but they will not send me a new one till they receive the defective one. By the time this happens I will be away from Canada for an extended period. Nor will they compensate for shipping or the “tariffs” I have to pay to return…a defective item.

I ordered the new Hot&Cold instrument

I ordered the new Hot&Cold instrument. When I tried to use the item I could not get the top of for the item to work. I called to request a return and was told I would have to return at my expense, include all the details of the purchase, etc. The cost of sending it back was $20.35. I have requested that it be refunded along with the $99. cost of the Hot & Cold instrument. Hope they will be a reputable company to comply with standard good business practices.

I received damaged product due to their poor quality of packing the product and sent the photo of it as requested and have heard nothing. Huge Fan!

I have been using Pureance for a while now. It’s hard to pick a favorite product from the line. My skin looks plumper and juicier and the moisture stays throughout the day and beyond. The packaging is also first class so it’s easy to dispense the right amount. I would recommend this to almost anyone, not just women ;)
