Been getting parts from pdp for close to 10 years now from my shop. they always notify me very quickly if a part is out of stock or not able to ship right away. Website is great to use and find what I'm looking for quickly.

After doing some research finally…

Latest order was some fuel injectors…
Latest order was some fuel injectors and oil cooler parts. Parts came on time, PDP checked the ESN to the parts and had to swap a few, glad they checked before it shipped.

The price of what I purchased has been…
The price of what I purchased has been better than most places. Only issue was having to call and get the parts coming. First part was on back order and my call prompted them to check on it. Resulted in them discounting me on a more expensive part. Now I’m waiting on the other part to come that also was not in stock. It’s good it’s my personal vehicle and not a customer.

part of my order was a direct ship,with a 4 week lead time. after 5ish weeks, I emailed and with questions on status, and within 1 hour, Courtney responded with the information. before I ordered my parts I called a representative with questions, and they were able to answer all my questions.

My order came with the box torn open? Now I have to return damage boxed parts with probably missing parts, pay for return and buy insurance on the order???? What the heck???

Hi Brian, thank you for your orders. I apologize you received damaged goods. The items you received damaged did not cost you anything to return, we had the shipping carrier cover the return freight. The only thing you needed to pay for shipping on were the items you decided you wanted to return after you received them. We cannot pay for shipping & insurance on an item you decided you no longer wanted, my apologies.
