The water is absolutely disgusting. I no longer buy pure drop which is a Coca cola product. Do not buy

Our filters did not show up (mail issue not purerdrop) and their customer service was excellent in getting us replacements. Have only used filter for 2 weeks but working great.

Great communication. We ended up ordering the wrong filters. We told them what had happened and they had us send them the fridge model number and they helped us find correct filters. Shipped new filters promptly, which fit and seem to be working well. Definitely planning on ordering from them again.

Received the product. Packaged well. Fit the refrigerator. Well Done!!!

Filters fit perfectly way cheaper than the original ones and the company communicated with me about delivery throughout.

Ordered 4 filters on 1/26/23 and requested a tracking number, No tracking number was sent but one showed up on their site on 2/4/23. Fedex tracking showed "In transit" but without a "Ship date" through 2/14/23. Fedex cancels after 7 days in this status. I wrote support at purerdrop.com. They said they would re-ship by a faster method, using usps. The package arrived as ordered on 2/16/2023. The post office also left a card saying another package from the same shipper was at their station but required $24 postage due. Bottom line: I got what I ordered but had to stay on top of it. No phone support but email was responsive.

Fraudulent company I wouldn’t give this company one star.
First the number and the filter did not match the Everyday compatible filter I used for my Whirlpool.
They have no phone number to call customer service. They responded to one email where I requested the correct address to send the unused filters back for a refund.
Their response requested multiple pictures, however their email will not allow attachments to the customer service rep, Tina who responded to my first email. I sent the pictures with my order number in another email. No response.
They say they offer refunds within 30 days but they provide no address or label to return the filters.
I just emailed again for the fourth or fifth time. They are not responding anymore.
I will have to fight it through my bank and file a complaint with the AG’s office.
I agree with an another reviewer the company is writing the 5 star reviews.
Avoid this and find another legit company. Wish I read more reviews or checked their customer service.
I ordered 3 less expensive water filters off Amazon. They fit and they work great. Clearly, they only intend to fraudulently make millions and close shop. I ordered the product 1/17/2023. I received it 2/1/2023. I have the box with pictures in the original package unused but they refuse to provide a return address or label. Hope this helps someone else avoid this hassle and loss of $52 dollars or more.

I placed my order. They don't send a confirmation email. PayPal sent me a confirmation a label was created. After a few days it still didn't show ship so I sent the company an email. They said that it was just shipped. Then I went to confirmation and it showed it was shipped. Then a couple days later showed up all six filters I ordered. So I believe these other reviews are canceled their orders too soon. But now since it's such a new company my husband's nervous about using the filters. And we're trying to research to see this won't be bad quality water.

Order water filters on 1/14/23 and did not here anything from the company other that a tracking # was issued but never sent. After many emails they told me they refunded my credit card. Its 2/6/23 and never received the refund but a lot excuses. They are a total scam !!! Stay far away from this scam china company !!! I see there are a few 4 and 5 star reviews. Just wondering if they are legit? I feel they are not.

I placed and order for some filters for my whirlpool fridge. Placed order on 01/24/2023. I didn't get any confirmation until I brought it up with PayPal and was sent a screenshot of my order. Customer service.person that emailed me said to "be patient". I got a notification a week.later.saying the label was created. Waited couple.more.days and no response from customer service regarding order update. Cancelled order on 2/5 after speaking with PayPal. I'm just glad I used paypal which allowede to get my money back from these scam artists.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....I bought a refrigerator water filter, I live in New Jersey......after 3 weeks, I start sending emails to check status.....The filter was last seen in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (about an hour away from me)......The filter didn't even make it to my state (according to USPS tracking)......So the filter was sent to a "mail recovery center" (no address for this place), but last seen in Philadelphia........Puredrop responds to my email for me to go and pick it up! I would reply and tell them that is unreasonable and that I had paid for delivery to my home...... for 3-4 more emails, they KEPT telling me to go pick it up! QUESTION FOR ALL: Would you drive an hour away to pick up a $48 water filter, then drive that hour back home, knowing you had paid to have it sent to your house???????? Like I said earlier, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

After ordering the 5 filter package, I got no emails to confirm my order, no follow up on shipping and when I inquired about the status of my order, I got a “be patient” response. But I surprisingly got my order today. This company is no Amazon on shipping speed or response.

I ordered water filters for my fridge. They sent the wrong filters. Then they said that I picked the wrong ones. For a small fee, I could keep the wrong ones and they'd send me the right fit new ones free. Well. The new ones came. Exact same wrong filters AGAIN. This has been going on for MONTHS. I sent several pictures of the right filter and the model tag inside my fridge. So, who's fault is it this time?

I placed an order through their website on 12/16/2022. I purchased through PayPal. 6 water filters and 9 air filters for my whirlpool refrigerator were a good deal.
tracking was sent a few days later and my order was delivered on 12/24/2022. I highly recommended it!

I had ordered a 6 pack of filters on Dec 5th and thought all was good. About an hour later an email informed me that my order was cancelled at my request, a request I did not make. It also claimed that my refund may take several days to complete. The website does not seem to have the luxury of a phone number or a way to speak to a human. After a few more days (Dec 7th), since I still wanted filters, I ordered again.
The only way of communicating was a "contact us" tab which I have done twice explaining the situation. There has been no response whatsoever after about a week. My credit card was charged twice with no credit of the cancelled order. Stay away! They do not respond to any inquiries.

Fast delivery, good product. Very satisfied.

1st order no email confirmation. They sent it to the Billing Address instead of the Shipping Address.
Re-ordered as I am seasonal and needed it here. They did exactly the same thing, shipped it to the Billing Address.
If you need the item at a 2nd residence do Not use this company
