I was nervous after reading reviews here. My credit card was immediately charged, but I did not get a confirmation email or receipt. I wrote to customer service, and after not hearing back for a few days, I decided that I was going to dispute the charge the following Monday. The filters showed up over the weekend as advertised. Customer service emailed me back in imperfect English, but was very informative with tracking info etc, and thanked me for the business.

Minor negatives:
- Customer service doesn't automatically contact you and is somewhat slow to respond

Positives
+ Initially, these seem to work like the factory filters. Will monitor.
+ Good, straightforward customer service
+ Excellent price compared to factory filters

As long as the filters continue to work as advertised, I'll buy from purerdrop again.

I placed an order through their website on 11/1/2022. Purchased through paypal for the filters (to be safe since I read the reviews stating it may not be legit) but it was a good deal for 4 filters for my whirlpool refrigerator I could not pass up!
tracking was sent on 11/3/2022 and I was delivered on 11/10/2022. Highly recommended!

I am giving Puredrop is due to EXCELLENT customer service!! I order the correct filter tyoe 3 for Whirlpool, however I receive type 2 in the mailbox. The customer service acknowledge the error and mailed out the replacement. The filter fits perfectly and working as expected.

Very pleased…easy ordering, well-priced filters and very responsive customer service. In fact…. Excellent customer service!! I did have an issue that was solely the responsibility of USPS’s failure to deliver to me. Carrier did deliver, but to an entirely unknown, different location. I notified Purerdrop.com, PayPal and USPS. After verifying by Geo-tracking, Post Master confirmed mail carrier did not deliver to my address. While this investigation was ongoing and unresolved, MoreFilter sent me a full replacement order. USPS mail delivery was the screw-up.

I ordered and received the wrong water filter for my Whirlpool from another company. They wouldn't honor a return without a $15.00 charge. I went to Purerdrop and order the same product and received what I ordered in a short amount of time. I am happy with the quality of the product, and I am very happy with the friendly, courteous service I received. I would recommend Purerdrop to my family and friends.

I ordered the wrong filter, e-mailed Purerdrop and they responded speedily sending out the correct filters.

Our tap water is clear and our water from the fridge was clear until a replaced the filter with a pure drop filter. I expect some air but it has been ten days and it is still cloudy and leaves a white residue when it evaporates. However, the tap water does not. is it adding something to my water? They were easy to order and came quickly and fit well but, I am going back to the expensive filters.

Is a scam, I provided my cc and I did not get any order back.

I agree their website could need some polishing and the English sounds a little odd as well. Yet, the water filters arrived on time and seem to perfectly replace the original (and way more expensive) filters or those replacement filters featured by the fridge manufacturers. So thumbs up from my end. Note that the PurerDrop filters are produced in China though.

I ordered from Purerdrop before I read the reviews. Because I found a generic version of my fridge's water filter at Purerdrop with a great price on google search. I ordered 12 filters, which should last me 6 years! One name brand filter is about $50, and Purerdrop generic filters are $60.99 for 6. That's nearly 5x cheaper. The quality similar to the original one I had that came from my fridge. The filters fit in my fridge, and like all newly installed filters, need to be flushed out until the water was clear, and the water from my fridge taste good. One filter should last me about 6 months or longer. I use it a few times a day, and I think because I use it so little, one filter will last me longer than 6 months. My order also included free shipping. The only complaint I have (minus 1 star); which was addressed with an email to customer service is that Purerdrop did not send me a confirmation email right after ordering or after they charged my card. That's when I looked up this review page and thought it could be a scam. Customer service got back to me in 24 hours, and manually sent me a confirmation of my order with a tracking number; their email is: support@purerdrop com. The filters took a little more than a week to get to me, but it was well worth it! Their business warehouse/ office is at 1128 Coiner Court, City of Industry, CA 91748. So they really do exist, and isn't a scam. I'm glad I gave them a chance! I hope they'll keep their prices good, and I'll be happy to order again in about 6 years~

Communicating with their online chat was simple, and the results were immediate. They were extremely helpful.

Puerdrop.com is a scam...not sure there the 4 star reviews are from I ordered water filters from purerdrop.com, they charged my card immed..then got a scammy unprofesssional email in broken english email with a bunch of other emails cc'd that product was discontinued and they will send out a replacement. I just disputed charge and will have to just stick to amazon

I was able to get 3 filters for less than one would cost and the customer service was great. I will be back when it's time to change my filters again.

Ordered replacement water and air filter for Whirlpool refrigerator through Purerdrop. Ordered easily and received filters promptly which fit refrigerator perfectly at significantly reduced cost. Have no issues with saving money and will not hesitate to order again through Purerdrop.

Never having ordered from PurerDrop, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can now say that they provided a great product at a great price with great customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I did a lot of research on these water filters. The first ones I ordered came through Amazon. They didn't fit. When I looked further Purerdrop came up so I ordered. I received 4 filters for the price of one through Fridgadaire. Very pleased and received in a timely fashion.
