It’s been 3 months and my order still hasn’t shipped… just give me my money back.. how long do u expect me to wait???

Ordered matching sweatpants and sweatshirt way back in Feb. Now they push back the shipping date. I sent an email with no response. Just give me a refund.👎🏽SMH

Never got my order, no way to track it. This company is bogus I'm doing a chargeback.

Ordered a few times from Pure Reign, always had good quality. Some items ship faster than others but it’s worth it!

My favorite clothing brand atm. Only minor complaint is with the returns but I did get the exchange. Items are premium

I had a great experience with the brand customer service. I ordered a pair of faith stacked denims size 36 and was called to be informed that the size was no longer available so I was asked if I wanted a refund or a different pair of denim and I chosen a different pair which was the ravens stacked denim size 36 and when I received my order I received a free t-shirt for the inconvenience. I will be ordering again in the near future.

Kept in contact when I had questions. The delivery arrive exactly when they said it would. I would do business again with this company.

I received 3 out of 4 pants I’ve ordered from Pure Reign and they came damaged/not suitable. I requested a return for these items plus the one I never received and they denied it saying because they are discounted items. None of the items were on sale, I just used a promo code to discount the total. On their return policy, it says I can return, but I returned them anyways and will be looking forward to seeing my refund because this is a horrifying experience. Owner needs to get his business taken because of the false statements made

Sometimes they have cute thing. I love solid colors. But I like a little things that brings out me figure not make me look fat. Hate to say the service not so good. They don't even answer their phone. They should have training for this.

I ordered some pants back on December 12 2022 and received them Dec 14 2022. I sent them back for refund back they where to small on the 12/20/22 and I still haven’t received my refund. My order number is 10166

I ordered 2pairs of jeans that were not back ordered &I know b/c the pair of jeans that I wanted were back ordered and I was hoping to get the jeans before new year’s. One pair did come on time. But the other they lied and said it was a (back door ) which is ghetto then changed it on the website and sent me a link supposedly as proof . I would rather them say sorry for the inconvenience we didn’t update our website page at the time but we’re working on it. Instead they lied which is extremely unprofessional. Now I have to wait 3 months to receive the jeans. I will ask for a refund and see how that works.
