Montey was absolutely brilliant from start to finish in terms of explaining the mortgage process, talking through exactly what documents they required, and scoured the market for the best mortgage deal at that time. 100% worth the fee and we couldn’t be happier with the service Montey has provided us. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of speaking with has been great. Polite, friendly & professional. Knowledge has also been very good & there's not been a single "I cant do" attitude, if they cant, they simply just direct me to someone who can. The only negative I have is not with any employee, but the specific process of trying to book a viewing. I get the concept of it all being online & it would be great if everyone worked well; however, with the homeowner of the property I'm trying to view being a bit of a nightmare to get a hold of. It would be good if there was a better way or a designated local estate agent who could do viewings, even if it was only 1 day per week. That being said, if it was an active seller, I imagine this process would be very efficient, so not all bad & why it's still 5 stars.

I, unfortunately, cannot remember the names of each individual I have spoken to over the past few days to give credit fairly, but Leah P & Merrick, whom I spoke to this morning, were outstanding.

We had a fantastic experience during our mortgage application, and a huge part of that was down to Daisy, our case manager. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
Daisy kept us informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and made what can be a very stressful process feel calm and manageable. She was always approachable, responsive, and incredibly organised, which gave us real peace of mind while the application was going through.
We genuinely felt supported and well looked after, and we couldn’t have asked for a better case manager. Thank you, Daisy, Esha & Scott for making the whole process so smooth — we’re extremely grateful.

Purplebricks mortgages are everything you need for a first time buyer. They make everything not seem so complicated. Lisa was amazing and made our process very simple and easy to follow, couldn't recommend her more! Overall a very pleasant experience.

We got Mortgage advice from Tom who was always there at the end of a phone or Teams call, when we needed anything looking into or just general financial advice. When we were further down the buying process we also dealt with Rachel, again good communication and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Tom again he was amazing

We are happy with the service received from Purple Bricks and managed to sell our property and purchase the new one via chosen plan. We liked the experience of choosing if we want to be more in control of the viewings etc.

From day one I can say with certainty that they take customer service and communication was out of this world.Both of them supported us throughout the entire journey, keeping us informed at every step. What I appreciated most was their reliability. If I called for an update and they were unavailable, I was promised a call back, and that promise was always kept.
