Really useful service and guidance from the team!

Kirsty and Dan have been amazing. Any queries i had- the phone was answered anytime of the day. They were very quick with their responses in any situations i had. I spoke with Dan from the beginning of this journey and his friendly and very helpful nature help put my mind at ease every time. Kirsty has been very reliable and patient with her responses to any of my emails as this was a first time for me to have a mortgage so i had many questions. I cant reccomend these guys enough they both gave me a very enjoyable experience. Dan also helped me get a very good deal with my life insurance and was very knowledgable in the field that gave me the confidence to go with his best quote. Thank you.

First off, if you are looking for a company to support you in mortgages and moving home, look no further than Q financial.
I was recommended them with the highest of praise and they didn't disappoint.
I firstly spoke to Ben on the phone who spent time explaining the process they would support in and also what services I could be looking at.
I was sent forms to fill in for my details etc but that was it. Ben found me a great deal which was perfect for me. Kirsty at Q financial then took over as my main contact. She was great and kept in regular contact to let me know what stage we were at and what needed to be done next.

Between the two of them I have had an amazing experience and they took all the stress out of looking for a mortgage. I was able to concentrate on the enjoyment of moving home.
