Efficient GP service and would use again
I needed a timely doctors opinion and sick certificate and couldn’t get in to see my usual GP. I was satisfied with the online Doctors assessment and recommendations. Paperwork sent through quickly. Would definitely use this service again.

The process for managing minors is…
The process for managing minors is problematic and takes lots of messing about. Could be simplified and linked to nominated parent/guardian. Needed to interact with the help feature to navigate the loop - noting the customer service rep was very helpful.

I find it hard to use your service and…
I find it hard to use your service and I was unable to get a certificate. It needs to be clearer how to get a video conference for us customers that are not computer savvy.
