Great Customer Service

I spoke with Liam today regarding a technical issue we were experiencing with our franking machine. Liam was really helpful and assisted me with carrying out various diagnostic tests to resolve the issue.

Billing mix-up, but superstar Paul sorted it

There was a mix-up with billing, and I suspected we'd been overcharged, but I also didn't want to not pay and fall into arrears on our account. Paul Bassett helped me investigate the issue, and monitored the situation until it was resolved. With his help we paid the correct amount. More important was Paul's good attitude and rapidity of response -- a true pleasure to work with!

Efficient and courteous service

Jack was very efficient in reaching out as our lease expired and arranging the renewal. I have always found Quadient efficient and courteous especially when we had a problem with the machine which was fixed within a couple of days.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Kellie is always very friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. She advises which offers are available but is never pushy or annoying.

We had an issue with our reporting on monthly stats

We had an issue with our reporting on the franking machine - Lisa was very helpful and took the time to understand the issue and do her best to help us resolve it on the call - she later called us back to make adjustments to the machine to correct the reporting process
