Had a problem with our monthly figures due to Quadient system having had an update.
I spoke to Teagan who was extremely helpful and patient as I had to reinstall something on our franking machine that I had not done before. Teagan also followed up with some missing information by e-mail after our call - 10/10 for Teagan's helpfulness.

Ms Louise Everett is alway very helpful and always trys to find us the best deal available

Louise Everett is my client manager and she is fantastic. Exactly what you look for in service, she's friendly, attentive, personable and has a wonderful manner about her. In business she will always go out of her way to manage any requests and the communication is faultless. I look forward to our monthly calls!!

Great experience with this supplier and particularly helpful point of contact is Diane Medcalf.

I have telephone several times today and no matter which number I pressed, I got a recorded message asking if I wanted to re-set something and it did not give me the option to speak to anyone. I am trying to navigate you new dashboard, however today it was not working correctly. I went on line and was dealt with by Farida, who was helpful, however, I did not resolve my issue.
