Paul and Amber at Quality Diamonds helped me to design an engagement ring for my fiancé. Paul was amazing at giving all the facts and information to choose the best diamond, and was always available to contact for further questions. Amber helped with the design process and kept me in the loop about decisions and ensured I was happy with the CAD imaging before the ring was made. They managed to turn the ring around very quickly as we had a pretty tight timeline. I would definitely recommend Quality Diamonds for designing your engagement ring. We will definitely be going back to get our wedding bands from them!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Just the perfect experience start to finish. Guided through amazingly by Daniel Ferragamo as we are complete novices. I honestly left feeling I had the worlds best knowledge of diamonds (second only to Daniel!)

No pressure, no upsell just genuine honest advice. Ring arrive no problem and has even just been dropped back off 2 years later for a resize and to order the wedding bands. Another flawless, see what I did there ;), service from Daniel and wedding bands ordered.

I purchased loose diamonds, it has been a great experience. I emailed the customer service several times before I made my final choices and they have been so helpful.
The natural diamond is GIA certified, and the lab is IGI certified.
The website is impeccable, you can reliably choose a diamond with the best quality that suits your budget, by applying filters and comparing stones using the in-depth report available.
I absolutely recommend Quality Diamonds after more than a year of searching and comparing many retailers.

I have never bought a loose diamond before and never spent that sort of money on line before so I was a little anxious.
I initially spoke to Paul who walked me through the process and gave me exellent advice he could not have been more helpful or patient.
Needless to say I did buy a stone.
When I needed to check a couple of things I spoke to Daniel and Lauren, both as kind and helpful.
I have returned the stone but ONLY to have it set as they had the perfect style for that stone.
