I purchased a couple puzzles from them a couple months ago as an Easter present for my parents. Today, my mom started her puzzle and was extremely disappointed to find that her puzzle was not a true 3d. 3D means that it is NOT a flat puzzle. No where in the description does it say the puzzle is flat. Based on the pictures and the name of the puzzle, it is made to sound like a true 3d puzzle. Extremely upset to have paid for a falsified puzzle. 
It's too bad, I was really hoping to have found a new place to get puzzles from as I buy 2 for every holiday for my parents. 
But, I will not buy or support anyone that falsely advertises and mis-leads customers.
I contacted them and all they replied with is "it's in the visual effects category." OK, so put that in the name and description of each "3d" puzzle.

Die Lieferung kam zwar im angesagten Zeitrahmen und das fertige/bedruckte Puzzle war ok. Das Ausmalpuzzle ist einfach billiges Sperrholz und die Stifte zu wässrig, so dass die Farben ineinander verlaufen und vieles schmierig aussieht. Auch die Farbauswahl macht keinen Sinn, das Bild für Waldtiere gibt z. B. gerade 2 Brauntöne her dafür aber 2 lila und 3 blaue. Antwort von quordle: man soll ja kreativ sein... Für das Geld hätte ich bessere Qualität erwartet

My beloved Mom passed away recently and my 88 year old father is struggling with that terrible loss. I am now his primary caregiver and I got the idea to begin doing puzzles with him, as he and my mom worked on many puzzles together in their 67 years together. As we were getting started, my dad purchased one of these Quordle puzzles and we loved it so much, I went in and purchased 10 more! Their smaller sizes, vibrant colors, and ease of putting them together are perfect for my 88 year old dad with poor eyesight and arthritic fingers.

The 10 puzzles I ordered came in a very timely manner. They were shipped in protective wrapping. Overall, we are thrilled with these amazing puzzles and will be ordering more.

Dopo aver combattuto a scambio di mail per non aver ricevuto un pacco il quale risultava essere stato consegnato,ho contattato il corriere Imile giocando a scaricabarile rispondendo... non è colpa nostra ma colpa dell'azienda, loro no è colpa delle poste le poste, noi siamo le Poste Italiane e non estere deve contattare loro e le poste estere ribatuuttto al corriere il quale ho scoperto anche che aveva sbagliato indirizzo ma lo stesso paese. Dopo aver controllato l'indirizzo a cui era stato spedito il quale nome Maria aveva fatto io sono ancora qui con il valore di €50 dispersi e nessun rimborso ne puzzle ne soldi da parte di nessuno... Sto ancora aspettando un rimborso di qualsiasi tipo

Customer service is fine, and the puzzle is nice looking. However, I only rated the company as 3 stars because of the size of the puzzle. I bought the "medium" puzzle--no measurement is listed, so I thought a good comparison would be a pizza. A medium pizza is 11-14". Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the puzzle was only 8 1/2" in diameter. Also, the pieces are quite small so it made it difficult to remove pieces that were in the wrong place. Again, I like the puzzle, but I wouldn't pay what I did for one that small again.

J'ai connu cette marque par une publication Facebook d'appel à un autre nom qui m'a renvoyée sur le site de Quordlepuzzle. J'ai vu après que c'était du hameçonnage sous des noms de société écran, il y en a plusieurs qui circulent, avec des avis de fermeture imminente pour inciter à l'achat immédiat. J'ai commandé 4 puzzles que j'ai reçus dans un délai correct mais avec l'un des coffrets défoncé dans le transport parce qu'il était trop légèrement emballé dans une simple enveloppe. J'ai contacté par mail le service avec des photos qui m'a répondu rapidement et cordialement en me proposant un remboursement partiel de 20% que j'ai refusé car ce que je veux c'est un remplacement par un coffret intact. Là blocage, c'est non, et même pour le remboursement, c'est ok si je renvoie le colis mais à mes frais en Chine !! C'est là que le voile tombe, sur une société aux multiples implantations avec des produits expédiés de Chine sous des noms d'emprunt et même un site .fr pour faire croire à des transactions européennes. Pour cette raison et le manque de sérieux que je ne recommande pas cette marque et invite à bien surveiller les comptes bancaires après avoir utilisé une cb auprès d'elle.

With postage I paid just under £12. I can live with that as I liked the puzzle, and it has wood pieces. However I would not pay the "full" price for it.

Advertising is misleading because it's always "the final day" of reductions.

Po otwarciu pudełka uderzył mnie okropny , chemiczny smród . Tknęło mnie , żeby poszukać informacji nt firmy i jakości oferowanych puzzli. Oto co znalazłam w necie :"Dlaczego one naprawdę śmierdzą (i to konkretnie):
1. Kleje przemysłowe niskiej klasy
Quordle (i podobne marki) często używają klejów formaldehydowych lub poliuretanowych, bo są tanie i szybkie w produkcji. Efekt? Zapach przypominający miks lakierni, magazynu i rozczarowania.
2. Druk UV + lakiery zabezpieczające
Te intensywne kolory nie biorą się z natury. To farby UV i lakiery akrylowe, które po świeżym rozpakowaniu potrafią walić jak nowa wykładzina w biurowcu klasy C.
3. MDF lub sklejka „techniczna”, nie meblowa
Często to nie jest porządne drewno, tylko MDF z odzysku albo sklejka klejona byle czym. Materiał sam w sobie oddaje zapach — zwłaszcza w cieple.
4. Brak sezonowania po produkcji
Premium marki „wietrzą” puzzle tygodniami

Customer service was extremely rude and I will not be purchasing from them. They need to have some professional development on how to respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Was just wondering how long it takes for delivery

I ordered some puzzles from them they took weeks to get to me and then the driver EVRI who delivered it took a picture and as I got to the door he drove off, no parcel. Wonder where that went!. Then Qordle sent a picture of the driver outside my front door with said parcel. I got in touch with both companies and told them what had happened and neither one of them have got the decency to reply. I am now £38.40 out of pocket and it seems I can do nothing about it. Never give them my money again,

Des images VRAIMENT magnifiques dont la constitution oblige persévérance et patience; ce n est pas ^pour les enfants car certaines pièces peuvent aller à plusieurs endroits....
Ne surtout pas forcer si la pièce ne rentre pas bien

Gros problème de livraison, depuis un mois toujours en attente malgré les mails envoyés avec aucun retour. La somme a été retiré sans problème mais rien reçu. La société de livraison est injoignable, je ne recommanderais plus, trop déçu alors que j'avais prévu de recommander pour le Noël, dommage.

Commande 2 puzzles pour 43 €. ils n'ont jamais été livré ! Nombreux contacts par mails, me disent qu'ils ont ete livrés dans ma boîte aux lettres mais ils n'y étaient pas. Ils m'ont suggéré de faire le tour de mes voisins, ce que j'ai fait, puis de contacter le transporteur pour me delivrer un document de perte (que je n'ai jamais eu) pour au final me poser toujours les mêmes questions auxquelles j'ai apporté les mêmes réponses, sans succès !! Depuis silence radio... Résultat, 43 € dans le derrière et pas de puzzles !! SITE DE VOLEURS, DE JENFOUTRES... JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CE SITE D'ESCROCS. A EVITER

Per colpa del corriere (imile) a cui si sono affidati devo mettere una stella.
Ho fatto un ordine già da un mese, seguo il tracciamento dell'ordine e quando dovrebbe essere il consegna il corriere fa risultare "indirizzo errato" ed è così che il mio ordine viene rispedito al venditore. Adesso mi trovo senza ordine e senza soldi. Spero in un rimborso.

I placed three orders for small puzzles. They are beautiful and fun to do, once you get the hang of them. But one order was for four puzzles and I received two out of four ordered and two duplicates of one of them. That is three identical ones. I complained and asked for replacement or refund and was told I would have to pay for return to China.
A subsequent order contained two duplicates. Only one order was correct. I had paid for unwanted copies and had not received the puzzles I wanted.

I have not received confirmation of my order. Sent an email to customer services but no reply as yet. They have my money, but o have no idea if they will be dispatched by who or when

Le service client est déplorable… Je ne laisse pas tout le temps des avis mais la c’est du jamais vu…
J’ai commander un pack pour coller les puzzle, mon colis arrive abîmé et donc les feuilles à l’intérieur sont tous pliées abîmée, le cartons est inutilisable, j’envoie donc un message pour en recevoir un nouveau. Il me propose un remboursement de 10%. Je leur dis que non j’en veux un autre car je ne peux pas l’utiliser, ils insistent en disant que si et qu’il ne me renverront. Je demande donc un remboursement entier car j’irais commander ailleurs. Il ne veulent pas non plus et hein sur ne répondent plus après cela.
Dommage… leur puzzles sont vraiment bien…

J'ai écrit hier sur ce site ou peut-être parce que la commande que j'avais faite il y a plus de 2 semaines il était toujours pas arrivé.
Je m'en excuse auprès de quordle qui m'a répondu dans la journée, et en plus j'ai reçu le colis quelques heures après.
C'était ma deuxième commande, la première c'était très bien passé, et je peux dire maintenant que la deuxième commande s'est très bien passé aussi si ce n'est le temps, qui finalement n'est que le temps de mon impatience.
Encore merci à vous pour ces puzzles d'une tres de qualité,

Ich habe nach 6 Wochen Wartezeit die Informationen bekommen, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde. Ich habe aber leider keine Ware bekommen.
