Company Seems Fraudulent
I paid $102.49 for four puzzles, intending them as a gift to my daughter for her birthday. The email informing me that my order had shipped included my home address as shipping address, as I had intended. After receiving no package, I sent an inquiry to their customer service. They sent a reply one day later stating that my package had been delivered. There was a screenshot that indicated the package was delivered to a parcel locker, but included no information about where this parcel locker was located. I replied immediately that I had received no notification about the delivery, and sensing that I was being scammed, asked that my payment be refunded. They replied:
"Hello. We have complained to the logistics company about this situation. The logistics company is investigating. It will take some time to deal with it
We are very sorry for the inconvenience." (I added punctuation).
I never heard back from them.

Received within a week. Great quality, very well made. I ordered the small ones, perfect size for framing if you so wish. Very challenging, but so enjoy doing them. Such a shame they are closing down. Would love more.

Les puzzles sont magnifiques et le service clientèle est à l’écoute et est très réactif.
J’ai acheté plusieurs puzzles et parmi eux certains étaient incomplets. J'ai envoyé un mail à tout hasard le signalant et j'ai eu la surprise d'avoir une réponse le lendemain. Après quelques mails pour affiner le problème et des réponses toujours très rapides, j’ai reçu de nouveaux puzzles gratuitement en remplacement des défectueux.

They reply to revies on here being all positive and helpful, when in reality they're not.
If I could upload screenshots I happily would.
Not replied to emails after a few days, but replied to my last review.
They'll send the wrong sizes and claim they're correct. Although the puzzles are nice, so I wish they'd rectify my money or the correct sized puzzles.
Just avoid wasting money on their "closing down sale" that has been happening for a few years :).

High quality jigsaws at bargain prices
With all the negative reviews I was fearing the worst and nearly went to my bank to report a scam and request a refund. However my fears were unfounded. Delivery was quick and communication from the company by email was excellent. 7 high quality jigsaws for under £50. Can’t complain about that!

Do not buy anything here, unless you want to get scammed.
For the Netherlands it's mandatory to have a phonenumber, address and KVK number visible at your site. Non of that is present. Even from abroad, atleast an address should be present and you need to make clear you aren't based in the Netherlands. Also failed for that test.
It's a scam. It's Chinese dropshipping ar way higher prices then the products actually costs.

J'ai commandé sur ce site en décembre, 3 puzzles. Au bout d'une dizaine de 10 jours après, pas encore de réception, je suis donc allée voir les avis google et j'ai eu très peur en lisant les commentaires, pensant m'être "faite avoir". Au final, les puzzles sont arrivés peu de temps après (environ 15 jours d'attente au total), je suis très satisfaite ! Les enfants les ont tous fait. Ils sont très beaux, très bel effet, aucune pièce manquante. Pour notre part la commande s'est donc très bien passée

My husband and I bought a bunch of these puzzles for Christmas gifts. We love the quality of them. The one problem we had was one of the puzzles did not come in the right box and I have been reaching out the company through email and no one contacts me back. My daughter was so excited to get the fox one because it looks so much like her dog and when it turned out to be a bear, so was disappointed.

Should have been listed as a children’s puzzle
My husband got me 2 of these puzzles for Christmas and today I finally had the chance to sit down and do the fish puzzle. The box does not tell you how many pieces are in the puzzle but if I had to hazard a guess I’d say around 160. That being said the puzzle took me roughly an hour and that’s with getting up several times to let my dog in and out.
While I love the vibrant colors and odd shapes it made it way too easy to figure out, the moment you pick up a piece there is absolutely no guess work on where said piece goes. Definitely not a puzzle for adults; unless you like super easy puzzles that you can finish in an hour.
The other issue is that the pieces are all way too loose, even after the entire puzzle is put together. Oh and shipping, well he ordered it for Christmas and it came a week later, about 5 weeks after he ordered it. I was excited when the puzzles came but definitely disappointed to have finished it so quickly. One good thing though, being a wooden puzzle there is absolutely no “puzzle dust” that you would get from regular cardboard type puzzles.

If I could give zero stars I would. No wonder they are going out of business. Don’t fall for their sales. The paint/ image came off of the first puzzle we worked while putting it together! Horrible customer service. Well, no customer service, except to tell you they will do nothing.
