I had the incorrect address down for delivery, ( I realized 3 hrs later) I called and they managed to correct the label which was sent out next day … Great product , and price , and their staff was willing to correct my mistake quickly, for a fast delivery !

You all have great customer service, and, surprisingly, that is what is going to bring me back for a future purchase.

Our rack came without the keys to unlock it. The plastic bag for keys attached to rack was empty. We called and the first person we talked to said he’d call back but didn’t. We called again and we’re given information regarding where we could go to get a master lock. I’m still working on solving the problem.

The purchase was seamless. There was a small issue with my purchase that did get addressed but due under staffing it took a little longer than I thought It should. I would use them again.

My truck fridge arrived promptly but the mounting bracket is bent in 2 places and I can't get a response.

Item arrived in full, quickly, and with no damage.

Let me start with the good things about this company, they responded quickly to my emails, customer support is good!
I was shopping for the EcoFlow glacier and found this company on google, never heard of it before, the price was good but very close to Amazon prices, then I received an email asking me to sign up for an extra discount, I gave them my email address and all I got was a link to the website where they were supposedly offering a discount on n EcoFlow, I felt that it was misleading because if they asked me to sign up for a discount, they should have given me the 11% they were apparently offering.
I received an email from Zac and after explaining my issue and telling him how their email subscription doesn’t really offer a discount for signing up,(he offered me $20.00 off) and that I didn’t trust them more than Amazon, told me to stay with Amazon, which I did.

I purchased a Dometic RV refrigerator from RackUp+Go, and was initially disappointed...not with Zac, but with the shipping company who damaged the unit. It was a weekend when I attempted to reach RackUp+Go with the issue, but Zac responded right away. I provided him the necessary photos of the damage to the refrigerator and packaging, and he quickly initiated replacement. Nothing but good things to say about the price, and the customer service!
