I ordered a refrigerator/freezer chest that came quickly and well packaged. I am so impressed! I plugged the unit in to my inverter in my work van and on the hottest day of the year, without the van running, it held my preset temperatures and my van started right up (diesel) after over 18 hours of inverter operation! Great job and great prices!! Thank you!

Good price and fast delivery. My only complaint is about the shipping company. They never called to inform me of the delivery time and just dumped the crate at the curb and left. RackUp+Go requires a damage inspection of the crate and contents before the truck leaves. Obviously, I did not have the opportunity to do this. Fortunately, there was no damage.

Misleading Product/Poor Service
I ordered a EcoFlow combo AC and Battery for a camping trip coming up. What they don’t tell you is that they ship them separately. So the AC unit came in time, but the battery didn’t. I asked them what was up - actually hoping that they could redirect the battery to where we were going, but it took them days to get back to me just to tell me that it would arrive the next day. So for me, misleading product, poor customer service, and a useless AC - three strikes, you’re out. Will never use again.

Hi Jason, very sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your shipment or service. While not ideal, packages certainly do get separated sometimes in shipment. I see that you emailed us at 10:15PM on a Friday night, but we are not open on weekends. Regarding reroute, I don’t see that your email requested that it be redirected. Had that been part of the email, we certainly would have looked into it for you.
While we do understand that transit can be frustrating at times, we are here to help if/when carrier delays occur.
As a small, family owned and veteran operated company, we thank you for your feedback as it is our goal to improve every day.
