Pro's:- Really fast shipping, received my Radrunner in 4 or 5 days since placing the order for my Radrunner 1
Overall, really good products and 1st rate customer service and back up.
I also bought loads of upgrade packages, which is also very useful and excellent value too. Effectively, transforming my Rad 1 to a Rad2.
I still need help with fitting the fender's though.
I wish now though I'd ordered a Radrunner Plus.
Any chance of an exchange?

Well built bike but what a let down the seat and the price for mud gaurds need more power

Excellent website! I expected 5-10 day’s delivery time but it actually arrived within 4! Excellent delivery service- 2 drivers both lifted the box (too heavy for me) into my garage, really helpful. Bike was well packed, nothing missing or damaged, easy to follow YouTube video and booklet. Absolutely brilliant bike, considering I couldn’t try before buying my experience was both a relief and I was/am very impressed.

The bike was delivered quickly and very well packed. All the instructions was clear, and I was zooming about on it in no time.

I bought a Rad Rhino 6 with a special offer £650 off just before Christmas. On the offer it stated it expires when the price goes up in January. Email received on 22nd ordered on the 23rd December invoice was at full price Contacted RAD for a refund of £650 which they refused so I cancelled the order. They sent it anyway and told me to refuse delivery. After 3 months I finally got my money back. Dealing with this company is a nightmare and their advertising is at best very misleading.

I have have my Radrunner for a month now. I use it everyday to travel to work. I love this bike. It is an outstanding, quality machine. Best bike I’ve ever owned. Delivery of the bike, basket and fenders was just a few days. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thanks Radpower.

The bike was easy to order online and arrived in 3 days (before I had a working tracking number), was straight forward to put together. Bought to commute to work approx 15 miles a day. Glad I chose this model with the gears, you will definitely need these if there hills on your route. I have a 10% hill on my way home and the even with the lowest gear I have to put in a lot of effort to climb it. Wish the UK ebike rules would let us have the US version with the 750W motor, would make a big difference to the riding experience. The bike is well built, the brakes needed adjusting after assembly as they rubbed a bit. The fat tyres seem to grip well on the road, but the seat is a bit hard. I bought the upgraded headlight as I ride on un lit roads early in the morning and in the evening. I put a storage box on the rear rack to carry my back pack and heavy duty bike lock and a few other items. Bolted on using existing bolt holes in the rack. Am happy with the bike, bought it to be less reliant on public transport (bus, doesn't always run at convenient times to get to work eg weekends and public holidays.) Am happy with the customer service that I have received. Would recommend.

Great service my radrhino6 plus is fantastic didn't take long building it I have upgraded lots of parts to my tastes and comfort I had a few issues but rad services sorted that out.im 56 and 6ft2 this suits my needs as its big I can't fault the bike it's great fun the 250 motor is fine just ride it. Highley recommended

Firstly the Radrunner is a good bike BUT... VERY heavy but also very strong. The standard speed controller is poor and with very inconsistent speed control - on flat tarmac top speed would fluctuate buy 3mph randomly, sometimes when slowing down bike would not speed up again just remain at speed you slowed down too. I upgraded to the digital display and that sorted those issues out. My biggest complaint however is the standard tyres, which have NO grip what so ever in damp/wet conditions and I mean that in a dangerous way - even going slow into a corner the front wheel will slide.
Top speed also drops off inline with battery drain 20mph at 100%, 18mph at 80%, 16mph at 60%, 15mph at 40% and >14mph at 20%

Great bikes until they go wrong! You are left to basically sort out your own problem. Bike shops like Halfords won't touch them because they have a throttle,and there are no approved repair shops. The so called amazing customer service is none existent!
On reflection,I would not buy again.

I decided i would go for an e-bike, as i had to give up my car license for a while due to a medical problem.
I looked at many bikes, but found nothing that interested me, until i saw the Rad Rhino 6, and thought that's definitely me!
It was so straight forward to order and pay for the bike and the delivery was spot on, and i was always kept up to date on the progress of the delivery. The bike itself is so well made, and i am very impressed overall.
The process of completing the front end build was straight forward, to be honest it is only the front wheel and handle bars. I made sure i followed the bike manual, which is so well put together and clear, like the good old days!
The walk mode button, who ever thought of that, what a legend!

I ordered a Rad Rhino 6plus Step Thru. It arrived very quickly. I had an issue with assembly and emailed photos as requested and asked for help. It is was 5 days later when I heard back by which time I had resolved the problem myself. When I complained about the slow response, I was told they can take up to 14 days to respond to queries!! I told them in my view this was totally unacceptable for any company and it would make it impossible for me to recommend them to others. The bike is fine, I am happy with it but I dread the prospect of having to try and get help if something comes up. With service standards so poor I don't think I would buy from them in future. When I spend a lot of money on something like this I think it is perfectly reasonable to expect fast efficient support.

Ordered my Rad Rhino 6 plus about 3 weeks ago and was amazed that it arrived within a week! Well done Rad,
The bike?
Well I love the new styling and to be honest the fit and finish are brilliant for the price.
Assembly was a doddle as long as you haven't got two left hands.
The bike is very easy to ride, with a very upright position and comfortable saddle. I will say that at only 5'7' I do find it a tight squeeze to stand over (I have the one with the crossbar) so I am very conscious of my undercarriage!
Overall I would give it 9 out of 10... my only complaint is in my opinion the gear changer would be better placed under the handle bars but heh,... what do I know.
To be honest this e-bike is MUCh better than I expected. A result.
In short:
This is a great, fun e-bike that will put a smile on your face every time you ride it. Buy one !

The bike arrived and I thought"what ##### "is in there. So did the. Courier guy. I have a small flat and no garage space. However I opened the box right there outside the elevator and here's my conclusions. It took longer to open the box than it did to assemble the bike. Now I have to wait on decent weather to jump on the bike and buzz around. I can only say I am liking the powerful robust look of this monster. Its bigger than my last ebike that might cause me to take the front wheel off to get in the lift. To get it in the car would have to ake of the handlebars. I don't foresee any problem doing these little easy chords. I looked at a bike rack yesterday abd that might be the answer.
In conclusion I thought delivery tine was great.
I will visit this site after I have ridden the bike and I'm sure it will be a positive review
Oh, I forgot to mention that I was particularly like like the look of the pedal assist button. Looks easy to use

From finding the Rad bikes on line, to researching through Youtube etc, through ordering, regular updates on my order progress, the price I paid and delivery I can only say what a great experience, then the bike arrived and it just got better, easy to put together by following the online video then out for my first ride, what a blast, finally I can ride a bike again after smashing up my right knee, now with battery assistance I can go uphills without pressure pain, fantastic

Purchased a RadRunner Plus in early Dec and delivered before Christmas. Process of ordering was straightforward and plenty of payment options available. I called Rad Bikes customer service to query some of the features of the bike, including fitting child seats and warranty, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

My wife is over the moon with her new bike and I’ve even ordered some accessories from the website.

I quite simply love my bike.It means I have got my freedom back , so I can now use the local cycle routes and the steep last bit back into the village

I had to think long and hard before buying an e bike. Once I’d ordered the Radpower 6 it came much quicker than expected. It’s quite easy to final assemble and it’s amazing. It gives me more confidence on a reasonably busy road because I’m closer to the speed of other vehicles and I can pull away quicker. It feels fun and I wish I had got 1 earlier

Excellent bike for the money,excellent after-care and warranty top choice for an ebike

Initially I thought the information I got from the lady on the phone and the facts on the graph provided were conflicting. I wanted a step through because I'm 65 yo and not getting any younger.
I emailed support but had no reply. So I ordered the high step as the graph showed the stepthrough would be too small to fully extend my legs.

Later on I spoke to another support staff who told me that the stepthrough would be fine for me. Even had me measure my inside leg. So he said he would change my order for the stepthrough.
They sent my the highstep so I put it together to see if I could manage it. Unfortunately it is a struggle. I don't know how I'll manage as I get even older. I was planning to use the bike for assisted exercise to maintain good health. Don't k ow what to do at the moment. Am disappointed in the fiasco.
