This company is horrible!!!!!
I purchased a bike online. I wanted to go to San Clemente where they are located. I could not get a phone number for the store, It sounds like a call center answers their phone calls. Paid $2097.47 for the bike but realized they had the wrong address, I called back right away and was going to update the address but I was told nobody was there to help me do that.
So I canceled the order, that was June 12th 2026 today is July 9th. It took them less than 4 days to take the money out of my account but have taken a month to give me a refund.

Shipping is not very quick

I'm a paraplegic, want a seat with a back for me and a back seat for my grandkids so we can all enjoy ourselves,plus everything would be so much easier for me as I am a paramedic in, I basically live in my bedroom and finally be able to go outside and enjoy my grandkids and the fresh air.this would be perfect for me

Ridden 2000 miles on Tucson’s Loop

I bought a 630 Women’s Journey when I turned 75 three years ago. Since then I have ridden it 2000 miles on Tucson’s Huckleberry Loop. I love that I can put my feet on the ground while seated. It is sturdy, comfortable, and safe. Will buy another if this one even gives out.

21 speed bicycle

My new bicycle arrived on time and in perfect condition except for a flat rear tire. The bike was easy to setup and functions very well. The 21 speed shifter works good. I am satisfied with the bicycle and sixthreezero company. They sent me a replacement tube and all is well.

Part2-Still have problems

So, they did send me a new controller that I had to have installed. The trouble is none of this stuff matches and works together. Now the pedal assist system does not work. The bike basically goes faster than I can pedal so I am ghost pedaling. I am just moving my legs but I am not allowed to supply any of the work! Mary, in her sweet(?) style, said to take a video and send it to help them understand the problem. How do I take a video of my legs not applying any power? I think my words are describing the problem quite well! More weeks will now go by. I have had a year of it and I quit! You win Sixthreezero!

Terrible Experience Trying to Buy an Ebike

I had a terrible experience trying to get a bike from their store. Their inventory system is not accurate so they show stuff available that isn't. I wanted a bike that was available for pre-order with a shipping date of May 2025...only problem was it was May 2026. I talked to customer service and they told me they had 2 shipments coming in June and if I ordered then they would ship it to me in June and they said the May 2025 was a typo. In June I checked back in and tried calling, no one ever called me back, emailing, no one emailed me back, and finally the live chat which worked and that was how I got them to start emailing me back. Initially they kept saying they had to check with the warehouse and get back to me ASAP, but I heard nothing. They had another bike that my kid was interested in listed as in stock but with a message that stock was extremely low and there was only 1 left so order now. I did, I ordered a second bike and figured whichever shipped first I could cancel the second. Finally, a week after I initially had reached in June I got the response that the first bike I ordered was not available and there were no upcoming shipments. The person said they could see that I had ordered a second bike and she had taken the initiative to send it over to the warehouse with a "rush" for shipping. I was elated that after all that I was finally going to get one of the bikes my kid like so much and had waited so patiently for. About 10 mins later I got another email from the same person telling me that she just found out the shipments that came in June were all for people that had previously ordered in March and April and had been waiting to have their orders fulfilled. So essentially, everything was wrong on their website, they show stuff as available when it isn't, and stuff available for pre-order when there is already a large backorder contingent. And all this back and forth and waiting around to figure it out meant I missed out on memorial day sales for other bikes that are also now sold out. This is not a well run company in my opinion and even if you do call or chat with them to find out if they bike they say they have in stock is actually in stock you won't know for sure until it actually ships. Also if you find Sixthreezero bikes available from other websites, just be aware that they all ship from Sixthreezero's warehouse and are subject to the same supply issues. I ordered from 4 different websites, including Easy Ride Trikes, Omaha Sports & Games, Top Mobility, and one other...all had to email me after the order to let me know it wasn't in stock.

Great customer support

I bought one of the 2 wheel in front e-trikes but after receiving it, I deciding it was not the right one for me and I returned it and bought one of the relaxed body trikes and it’s a better option for me. I have had nothing but positive experiences with sixthreezero. I’ve owned one of their Journey bikes for several years. My only issue is that I could not find a box the required size to return the first e-trike. I ended up driving it back to San Clemente from Palm Springs and spent a few hours at the beach while there. Love my e-trike. Their staff has been great with me.

Sixthreezero service

The company was very helpful in purchasing the correct sixthreezero electronic Journey bike.
Once we received it the instructions were quite easy. We had one question and called them, they were very nice respectful & helpful.

I preordered a bike from Sixthreezero and it took longer to rive than I expected so I called the customer service line, Marry answered. She looked into my account, found the problem, offered a solution. She emailed me the answer to my questions and offered a solution to my problem (the solution was the outcome I was hoping would be possible but didn’t know). After I approved the upgrade I had a few more questions a few days later. I emailed Marry again and she graciously answered my questions. I appreciate the follow up and the effort Marry gave on my behalf! Thank you!

SixThreeZero Experience…

I purchased a six three zero Rickshaw Dual Drive Trike and trailer due to the marketing towards Autism. I ordered the bike in November 2025 with a December 15, 2025 shipping day. In December, I contacted the company to find out the shipping status and after several phone calls and emails finally was told that the shipping was delayed until January 2026. In January, I called and was told this shipping was still delayed until February 2026. The bike finally showed up in February 2026. The bike was missing fenders and the trailer was missing a brake light. I was able to piece the bike together using fenders from the trailer. The Bike also had several damaged spots from shipping. I called customer service and they promised to ship me the remaining fenders and replacement light and they would pay for me to get matching paint.

I rode the bike a few miles and a loud metal noise came from the rear drive. SixThreeZero shipped me a new rear end. We did have trouble finding a repair location and after several we did find one that would conduct warranty work on the bike.

It’s now June and the bike has been repaired. Overall the process was slow and parts were complicated to get but SixThreeZero worked with me until the end.

Overall, I believe this company will deliver a great product as they grow. They are relatively new and working out the kinks in procurement, warranty and repair.

To make things right, they extended my warranty and ensured I have a future location to take my trike to cover repair work. Emil and Anne were able to get everything sorted after months of challenges.

I am hoping for a great future with my SixThreZero Rickshaw Trike.

The rear reflector broke on my newly…

The rear reflector broke on my newly purchased bike. I emailed customer service asking for a replacement and initially received no response. The merchant responded to my review and promptly sent out a new replacement part. There may have been an initial communication error that was quickly and accurately resolved.

Great E-Trike to Get Over the Hill

I bought the Sixthreezero Relaxed Body E-trike for cardio exercise. I am 81 years old and this bike replaced a Schwinn Medallion tricycle. My balance isn't great or I would have bought an E-bike. This bike is perfect for my needs. I get lots of exercise with 4 rides a week from 8-10 miles each. As I age I know I will need a little more help with my rides, and I can increase the level of assist as that happens. Customer service could be better, as it is primarily via chat, but I got solutions to things that needed fixing. I am a satisfied owner.

Love it!

I ordered the step through e-bike with the teal frame. I love it because it helps me stay mobile and active after an injury and severe weight gain. If you have balances juice or haven't written a bike in years I would highly suggest getting the bike with a step through frame.

I got my bike last year and went on a ride with my daughter yesterday. One of her favorite activities is riding bikes with me.

Sixthreezero has been great from start…

Sixthreezero has been great from start to finish. From ordering my bike to troubleshooting setup, it’s clear they care about their customers and want repeat business—their model is definitely not “one and done.”

The bike itself has been fantastic. I’ve ridden it around our neighborhood, with my kids, through state parks, and along the Riverwalk in Chattanooga. It’s been reliable, comfortable, and fun everywhere we’ve taken it.

Highly recommend!

Website is unusable

Website is unusable. Constantly empties your cart, even after you sign in. Speaking of which, it prompts you for sign in on almost every screen. This reeks of vibe-coded, spaghetti html. I would have gladly bought from your company, if I could actually keep the items I wanted in my cart.

WOW, what a well built bike delivered in solid packaging.

First impressions out of the box was "WOW, what incredibly great packaging!". It took longer to strip out all the protective wraps and foam blocks then it did to complete the assembly. (a good thing) Assembly was minimal and straightforward. First ride demonstrated a very solidly built and responsive bike overall.

The web site is awesome also. All the videos with riders, measurements and real world demonstrations were incredibly helpful in finding the right bike. (I looked at tons and tons). My wife needed a bike that she could stand over the seat with her feet on the ground for balance. sixthreezero was the ONLY manufacturer that got down to 28-29" seat height, yet I can ride it and I'm 6'3".

The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars was delays in getting answers to a couple of questions sent in on the web page. Later I found out they were much more responsive to messaging on their facebook page.

One other interesting note is that they initially shipped the wrong bike. However, they quickly resolved that with a coordinated freight pickup and delivery of the correct bike.

I didn’t receive any tracking…

I didn’t receive any tracking information, and when I emailed the company I received an email saying their inbox was full. So, I thought it was a scam. But I did eventually get my bike. Online it said 20 min to build, it took a good 2 hours. That being said, I love my bike and satisfied with the product.
