This one checks all the boxes. It's perfect for riding alongside my boyfriend on paved trails while he runs, and it also handles urban biking with ease.

I ordered one of their bikes, trusting their 30 day trial guarantee. We put it together and it was not right for me because of a disability. I contacted them immediately and asked for a return shipping label, as promised. I never received it. I contacted them repeatedly by email and phone. Finally they said just send back the battery and charger, which I did immediately. BUT THEY HAVE NEVER SEND MY REFUND. This has been going for 3 months. It was a considerable amount of money and I have never received it in spite of their promises. I would never ordered anything at all from them and I urge others not to work with them unless you plan to keep the bike no matter what. They tried to convince me to keep the bike but I did not want to.

My bike was 10/10 for six months...a champion little ebike I logged 400+ miles on over 6 months. Then the power failed mid-ride. They came through, sent me parts, and got me back on the road. Thank you 630.
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my simple glide fat tire trike. I am a bilateral above the knee amputee. I have a hard time pedaling a bike. This trike has been amazing. It works so well for me. I have been riding on rails to trails with my husband. It has really made it nice for me to be able to ride along side of him. I especially like the platform for my feet. That makes it so comfortable for me. I have never seen that on another trike. I got my trike in October and have already put over 100 miles on it. Glad the weather is warming up so we can start riding again. Six three zero customer service was amazing thru the entire process. They were quick to answer any questions before and after my purchase. Having a the 30 day trial was really great. I had nothing to lose. It has turned out to be the perfect trike for me. I would highly recommend this company.
Tried to order an open box trike, no indication of limited stock or supply, was told after several days of radio silence that no working models were available, the option to cancel order on the website is fake, it just sends you to the contact page, now I've reached out 4 times and they have still not cancelled or refunded my order. I would NOT recommend ordering from them or expecting any customer service.

I am still waiting on damaged fender from a bike I ordered last JULY!!!! Many emails back and forth. I have offered multiple ways to resolve. DO NOT BUY ....this was a retirement gift to myself and I feel i was hoodwinked with their guarantees and support. And everyday I get a new add from them about buying a new bike. How about making good on the one I already purchased over 9 months ago. SOOOO disappointed.

My etrike was delivered ahead of schedule and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, after I assembled it I discovered that the motor didn’t work. I contacted SixThreeZero and this is where the professionalism and quality of this company shined!
A person named Marry jumped right on the problem and began troubleshooting solutions. SixThreeZero had a replacement part shipped to me and when I explained replacing the part was beyond my expertise, Marry located a bicycle mechanic near me who was able to solve the problem with no expense to me.
I can’t say enough good about Marry and the quality of the customer service I received. The etrike itself is well made, comfortable and powerful enough for me to comfortably take my disabled adult child on long rides.
BEWARE! If you buy from SixThreeZero your vehicle was OEMed from China. The manufacturer does not put a serial number on the vehicle. That is up to the company who resells the vehicle. I called SixThreeZero and they had not put a serial number on the vehicle, nor had they even issued a serial number. Also my $6200 "EVERYjourney EBike Rickshaw Dual 750w(Max 1500w, Dual Battery" did not come with a receipt, all I have is the waybill which does not say what is in the box or how much it cost. Therefore I am unable to prove I ever owned the vehicle, and the San Francisco Police will not take a report, nor will my insurance company pay for the vehicle. SixThreeZero is extremely negligent in this regard and I got screwed.

I bought a demo tadpole trike from these people. It came with a "mechanical parts only" warranty - cosmetic parts excluded. A couple of weeks after I started riding it, it refused to move, even though the display indicated that it was working properly. I reported the issue, documented it with video, and they promised me a new controller. That was over six months ago. First they lied about shipping it, then they said it was no longer made. They are friendly enough when contacted, but they *have done nothing* to get me a new controller. They seem to plan to 'run out the clock' on the 1 year warranty, while leaving me with a DEAD TRIKE. Whether it's dishonesty or incompetence, they have ripped me off for over $1000. Avoid them!
I had total knee replacement in both knees a year ago. After years of pain and lack of range of motion I felt I would never be able to ride a bike again. I had been on a Lectric trike with full pedal assist for several years to go with my family on bike rides. However, there are just some places a trike isn’t very good and I could not go. I got some range of movement back after the replacement but not enough for a regular bike. Then I came across the relaxed pedals on the SixThreeZero bike! It gave me just enough extension without having to move the seat to high to ride again!!! I love it! Thank you SixThreeZero for giving me a piece of my life back!
SixThreeZero customer service took care of everything that I needed when I had an issue with my rickshaw trike. They got me all of the parts I needed, communicated with me, and even got me a local mechanic to help fix our bike at no cost to me. Great company!
Okay, the bike arrived, so the site is reliable and everything and the bike itself looks nice. EXCEPT it’s a very cheap material they coated it with. You can’t even rest your bike against anything or else the top coat will get scraped away. Also, I tried multiple days to apply for the warranty it doesn’t even let you, I even contacted six three zero and they basically just said it’s down to try again later (even though it was like that for more than a week). Furthermore, I accidentally pulled out the pin for my bike break (because I thought it was a shipping pin) and my brake stopped working, and then I contacted them to get it replaced but they asked for my warranty (which I couldn’t even get because the “form was down”). Otherwise I like the bike, I just need to replace my brakes now and I don’t even know if I can just spray paint my bike black again or no but yea.
We tried the 630 easy glide fat trike for my son. It is a beautiful and extremely well-made trike. Unfortunately, we had to return the trike. The pedal assist was not a good fit for my son. However, I cannot speak highly enough about this company‘s return policy and specific customer service excellence from Cora.
Any company that has a good product is nothing without an outstanding helpful staff. Sixthreezero has an excellent product but even more they have a knowledgeable, helpful and very understanding staff. I have truly enjoyed all the help and assistance that they have given me in selecting the right bike for me and encouraged me to enjoy the ride.
I started my journey with sixthreezero several months ago. We have had a few missteps along the way, but my customer service representative, Rizelle, has been diligent in working hard to solve each issue as it came up. The wait was on one hand painful at times, BUT the reward of ending up with the bike I NEED to have has made it an overall WIN for me. I cannot find enough adjectives to describe how special and cared about Rizelle has made me feel throughout this process. I will never be able to thank her enough for all she has done, and continues to do, to ensure that my biking journey will be what I have been seeking.
I ordered a bike for my daughter for Christmas and when she finally rode the bike it just didn’t work for her. I emailed your customer service and Nadine went above and beyond offering different options and when my daughter chose to try another bike, Nadine knowing that I had to take apart the first bike and box it and send it back spoke with her manager and they told me to just keep the first bike. Wow!
I can tell you that I am a regional director for restaurant company and I use this example of customer service to my entire team as an example of how putting people first looks like.
Not only does my daughter love her new bike but you made a loyal customer in me and I tell everyone how great your company is.

Having so much fun with my Sixthreezero Trike.. So much power and smooth ride and at 78 Year old Senior it helps me get out of the house and get some wind in my lungs.. Two heart surgery’s and COPD, hard to walk any distance.. With the Trike and with the pedal assist I can ghost peddle … without over doing it..Going to the Market, and Local coffee Shop … Big basket on the bike allows me to carry groceries , or spare coat if needed… The bike is also very stylish..easier to pick up chicks with my new wheels.. LOL Great people at Sixthreezero , they answered all my questions and got a great deal, and feel competent with my purchase.
