The bikes are really well built. We are a senior couple (75 & 66) so it did take a couple minutes to get used to riding, but it's definitely doable. We have a bike rack on the back of our RV and they go with us. We use the bikes for transportation while camping. We do not tow a car. The bike takes us to the grocery store, restaurants, and sight seeing. We would buy these again in a minute
I wouldn't order from this company customer service is awful and untruthful. I have been waiting since October for a motor replacement because mine burnt up after 250 miles of use.
Got to try out our etrike at the San Clemente location. Very comfortable bike, way to get on and off, good pep in the engine. The battery stopped working after a few months. I was able to get a complete replacement pretty quickly, and we're back to riding.
I totally enjoyed my test ride day. The owner, Dustin and his staff were ready to let me try any bike I wanted. I ordered an E-Bike and I'm waiting delivery. Super helpful and open to questions.1-27
Support team definitely cared about taking care of me. They understood that I was frustrated with my Bike situation.
But regardless of how frustrated I was, they were aiming to please. They genuinely wanted to take care of me and they did. Support team is amazing thank you so much for helping me out Cora!! The BEST!!

Well trustpilot took down my first review because they said it was fake and a real customer I bought a real bike for $1,000 I have pictures of my bike I love my new bike seat is amazing I bought the extra padded seat it's like having an office chair on your bicycle these people are crazy my name is Neil I bought my like through affirm.
I disliked the fact that I cannot get updates on my bikes arrival. I've called multiple times to be lied to and many unanswered emails. However Rizelle has been the who answers my emails and tries to keep me updated. She is the best however I still don't have an ETA on my bike
I ordered an ANYTerrain quad on Oct 2, 2025 when the website showed 9 in stock and they told me it would ship in 3-5 days. After 10 working days and no bike I contacted them and was told they were out of stock and it would be there by Thanksgiving. In mid November they offered an incentive for not cancelling my order and said the bike would ship by the end of November. After no shipping info the last week of Nov and the first week of Dec I reached out on Dec 8 to cancel my order. On Dec 9 they told me they understood and it would be 7-10 days to receive the refund. On Dec 11 they offered another incentive to not cancel the order. I gave them a counter offer that included their incentive but would refund most of my money and keep a small down payment open and I could pay in full if/when the bike became available. On Dec 16 Sixthreezero rejected my offer and told me it would be another 5-7 business days for the refund. On Dec 28, after 7 days and no refund, I filed a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. I really wanted the bike but unfortunately I have no confidence in this company and won’t be doing business in the future.
A new Simple Glide Fat tire motor sprocket came off. Sixthreezero verified it was covered under their warranty and they would ship a new one. Days,passed I contacted customer service. Weeks and months passed. Each time I queried customer service I received a response within 48 hours (I sent many inquiries over 3 months). Responses were polite but they couldn’t estimate shipment date. The replacement was received 3 months later which I’ve read can be common this year.
Sixthreezero representatives were polite and responsive to my many inquiries.
My experience with Sixthreezero has been the best customer service I have had in many years. They (CORA) reacted immediately to my issue. I ordered three bikes, two of which were damaged in transit by the carrier. Not 630's fault. They handled the issues and completely satisfied my needs. I have two bikes now, and they are absolutely the best-designed bikes I have ever ridden.
I'm retired now, but if I were still in the business world, I would try to hire Cora to head up my customer service department.
I ordered an open box quad e bike from six three zero the first of September 2025. According to the website it would be in perfect working order but maybe with a scratch or dent etc. I finally got my bike November 12th, although their website said in stock and ready to ship! I got my bike and followed directions and put it together. It was in very good shape so it seemed and was very excited to finally receive it! Once I put it together it immediately started showing errors and the motor would not work at all! I sent and email and got no response so I called and a nice lady named Mary apologized and said they needed pictures order numbers etc of the problems. So I sent them pictures etc and was sent an email about two weeks later stating they would send me a new motor and that would fix the problem. She said I’d have it within a week! Two weeks later I get a front wheel in the mail! Not a motor, a wheel! So I send Mary another email and she apologized within two days and stated they would send me out another motor! Ten days later nothing so I called and she stated they were having a few problems and I should get if in a few days! A few days went by and nothing so I called and emailed again! She sent me an email with the tracking number etc. stated it was on the way! Two days later I get another wheel! By now I’m pretty aggravated at the whole situation as I had bought this as a way to recover from surgery on my leg and to rebuild my leg muscles! I have a prosthetic and had been stuck in a wheel chair for 5 months. So I call again and she apologized and stated she’d assure me I’d get it soon! I finally received my motor and they told me they would have it picked up and repaired by a local mobile bike shop. Then I get another email stating that the bike repair shop wouldn’t pick it up an I had to take it to them to repair! It’s a two hour drive one way to the bike shop! So I read the instructions and it’s a simple instal! I replaced the motor and am now getting the same errors! I sent an email and no one (Mary) has not responded! I called the bike repair shop and talked to the owner who stated that they had repair a six three zero bike last year and it took him six months to get the right part to even repair it! Mary stated they would reimburse me for the bike repair! I then asked if they were going to pay for mileage and time to take the bike to repair! For me that will be four hours of driving for at least two trips. One to take it and one to go back and pick it up. Then mileage and wear and tear on a vehicle and a trailer rental as well. Now I have an expensive yard ornament that is worth nothing in my opinion! I asked for my money back etc as it will cost more than it’s worth for a handicapped person on a fixed income! And then not know if it will take six months to get it finally repaired! I was a business owner for 50 years and never treated any customer with a problem like this! I would give them their money back or at least make sure they had a good product to replace the bad they received! This company should have a poor rating for quality and customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for an ebike!
The support I received from the sixthreezero team was great. Due to my inexperience it l reached out to the team multiple times. Each time they were patient, listened and committed to solving my issue. They got back to me as they promised each time. And successfully solved the issue. It was the best support I've ever experienced.
If you are taller person, do not trust when they claim the bike is for riders up to 6’4”. I’m just shy of 6’2” and the bicycle frame broke around the seat post. This would be due to the seat post being too far out of the tube, even though I followed their exact instructions on seat placement in the manual. In their defense, the seat post is marked for max height. However no where in their manuals is this mentioned, and it is barely visible to the naked eye. I only found it after having to look hard for it after the company mentioned it when I reached out about my problem. Regardless, if bike was rated for riders up to 6’4” a person who is around 6’2” should have an inch or two before this would potentially become a problem. This could have been avoided if there wasn’t misleading advertising, inadequate instructions, and a clearly marked seat post. I should have been able to reach out the company during assembly and resolved the issue when it should have been clear the seat post/ frame was insufficient to support my height. But I trusted the company’s claims and materials.
My wife and I ordered two trikes, a rickshaw and a simple glide. They were big and heavy, uncomfortable, the handlebars were too high, and it had a delay when the battery started. Where we live, it is very hilly up and down, and the bikes were just gross! We tried to return the bikes and we’re met with difficulty every step of the way they did not want to give us to return labels and then after a couple of weeks of arguing, they gave us a return label and then when the trikes were shipped back to the plant, it took weeks and weeks to get our Refund me personally, I would never touch one of these bikes.
Great company! Very professional and extremely kind. I bought a bicycle for my wife and was helped every step of the way. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be shopping again!
We have two Sixthreezero e-bikes and love them! I was able to work with Cora in customer service in regards to another order I placed and she was absolutely incredible to work with. Very responsive and took care of us immediately!
As a single income family raising a child with sensory differences, I was admittedly nervous about making this purchase. We’re only 2-3 months into our purchase of the rickshaw, and I have zero regrets. This trike is not only adorable, we can fit our entire family on it and we’ve had so many fun rides already. Our family struggled to find an outdoor activity to do together, and I’m so thankful for sixthreezero for creating this product. Feeling truly blessed that we found this product and made this purchase.
I ordered a bike for my wife for her birthday in July. When it was delivered the box had a huge hole in it. Upon putting it together the rear rack was bent and the rear bike rim was also bent. I reached out to the company on 7/16/25 and they told me they would replace the parts or I can go to a bike shop and have them repair the parts and the cost would be reimbursed. I asked for new parts and they didn't send until 9/3/25!!. Upon receiving the new parts I noticed the tire wall was a different color than the other tires that were originally sent. I reached out to them again and they still have not replaced the front tire to match the replacement they sent. Bad customer service all around.
Rizelle from Customer Service is prompt, personable, and non-repetitive. I've had the same experience with agents on the phone.
They do not back their warranty. Unable to replace parts on their own product. They are slow to respond and unwilling to resolve issues under warranty. Give you the run around and tell you they will follow up and do not.
