Fantastic customer service. What a relief to deal with this company direct. and not to be landed with explaining everything several times to a call centre. Even at this hectic pre Christmas time, Rails of Sheffield are as calm and as helpful as any customer could ever wish for. Congratulations Rails of Sheffield.

Ordered Wednesday still not distpatched late Monday Afternoon. Most other Model Railway reltailers would have had it delivered to me in less than two days !

I recently purchased an EFE SR Booster Electric loco from Rails of Sheffield. I paid extra to have the loco professionally weathered. The weathering on the loco is brilliant. This added to the time before the loco was dispatched to me, though that was explained to me when purchasing.
Just over a week after purchase, I recieved an email informing me the loco had been dispatched, and I recieved it the next day. I have since had the loco running round, and I am so pleased I purchased it. A brilliant all round from Rails of Sheffield. My thanks to them.

Needed to downsize quickly no one in my family interested in model railways. Hassle of online selling a no brainer so contacted Ben and it was plain sailing from that point onwards. Proper people, easy to deal with, job done, money in the bank, simples.

Have used Rails both to purchase as well to sell on secondhand items to them using their 'Sell to Rails' site. Communication has always been quick and easy, changes made if needed without issue, and fast delivery.

Their Sell to Rails was very easy, straight forward, and efficient to use. Big database of all types of models (I had a mix of rail and civil aviation models), made pulling together a list to submit very easy. Quick response from their team with a price, and arranged shipping from home on a day to suit. Payment was made very quickly once they had received and checked the items. Feel they offered and paid a fair price considering they are a retailer. Especially if you have rare or sought after items, you may get more selling independently via Ebay or similar, yet Rails is undoubtedly simpler and less hassle if you have a larger amount of items to sell.
