Useless company!!!!!
I cancelled the internet end october because of poor service and expensive prices. They then went and processed cancellation for end september. I told them that it needs to be end october, they ignored it and still processed end september. Now I have no internet and fibre still not in. I asked them to reactivate and they said because it was already cancelled nothing they can do.
