Very pleased with all our new doors and windows. The team were always prompt, professional and paid great attention to detail in the design stages. A couple of issues that didn't go to plan initially but did get rectified fairly quickly. But at the end, massive thanks to the Goatley team for being so patient and upgrading the look of our whole house.

Very pleased with my recent new door installation by Goatley’s - English Door Company front door. It looks great, and the quality of the product is excellent. All the members of staff we dealt with were helpful and polite - great service!

Superb product and service. we are absolutely delighted with our new sash windows. Three large bays completed in 4 days. Excellent attention to detail. Cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this company, very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

After having a conservatory and replacement entrance doors installed by them in 2017 and replacing some of our older double-glazing units and soffits in 2021, wanted to get the remaining windows upgraded as well.

The install team worked well and left no mess, and any problems quickly rectified.

R and D Goatley have completed two pieces of work for me recently to supply and install new doors and a window and new windows in my house.
My experience from start to finish has been excellent. They are a professional and very friendly firm who really get the importance of good customer service. The work was done to a very high standard and the quality of their finishing is really first class. The installation team especially were brilliant and always took care of my property and worked tirelessly finishing ahead of time and with excellent results.
They are not the cheapest but their value for money is great due to the high quality and finish of their products. 10/10 I thoroughly recommend them. Thanks Simon, Jordan and team your are stars!

Excellent service, quality products, fitted to a high standard. R&D Goatley gave us competitive price for a Sunflex bifold door, they delivered when they said they would, the quality of the product and expertise of the fitters is the best I've seen. Very happy to recommend to anyone with similar needs to ours.

When it comes to double glazing it's a no-brainer, there is only ONE option: R & D Goatley!! Just had our bedroom windows replaced (TS collection). Job was perfect fitted well and tidy workmanship. Product exactly as expected. Yet again, R & D Goatley delivers to a high standard! We are repeat customers, previously in 2007 we used R&D Goatley for a conservatory/orangery and again to replace front door. No hesitation in choosing R & D Goatley - they have proven that they are EXCELLENT can be TRUSTED!!

Absolutely fantastic service from first going into the show room right up until the installation.

From our very first visit to their showroom we had confidence in choosing R&D Goatley. We chose Sunflex for our extension, such a quality product. We have had some delays with the build but Simon worked with us to accommodate our time schedule, when we did start the installation the team were excellent and the fitting is of a high standard. All team members showed respect for our home. Although the company was going through some personal sadness they still gave a 100% service. Thank you for helping to make our dream come true.
