Rapid response, found my Daughter stranded on the M40 with very little help from me as her phone died and all I had was her last message “what 3 words” which the company found in their system

The driver towed her car back to garage in Birmingham and then dropped her home to her very relieved Mother

I didn’t go through with the service however Sarah was extremely helpful and informative regarding the service and went above and beyond to advise me on what I needed. Would recommend for anyone needing roadside help

Called on the side of the M25 with a tyre blown out. Came and changed my tyre for £280 and then tried to tell me none of my tyres were safe and they all needed changing.
Tried to say I wasn’t safe to drive the 38 miles home on my remaining tyres. When this didn’t work he tried to say if police stopped me I’d get 3 points. I know this isn’t true as it had a recent MOT and passed no issues and I could see there was plenty of tread. Tried to scare me into paying an extra £540. I was a female on my own and he tried to scare me into spending a huge amount of money.

Called at around 7pm needing my car recovered approximately 4.2 miles, with no motorway travel involved. I was quoted £250 and told I wouldn’t find anyone cheaper at that time of night.

I declined and called another local recovery company immediately afterwards. They were fantastic and recovered the car for £75.

Obviously companies are free to set their own prices, but being told I wouldn’t find anything cheaper when I then found someone charging £175 less for the same recovery was pretty frustrating. Definitely worth getting another quote before agreeing.

I was left stranded by the RAC at the Grand Prix at Silverstone. After their lack of response for 6 hours, saying on their portal, they were finding a patrol and now midnight I gave up on the RAC. I phoned Rapid Road Help. A very polite and understanding young lady answered, and within an hour we were picked up and recovered back to our home at a very reasonable price. You speak to people not the RAC bot. Would recommend.

My situation was difficult to say the least. My French friends were touring the UK on their motorcycle. Disaster struck while they were on Skye. Their breakdown company said they can’t be recovered from an island, it has to be mainland Britain.!!!
They pushed the bike onto the ferry and off when they reached Mallaig. And waited for the breakdown truck. At 18.00 they had a call to say they can’t make it today but will try for the day after tomorrow!!!
That’s when I got the phone call
(Sorry for the preamble, just setting the scene.)
I phoned several companies - don’t go that far, can’t do it this week, yes no problem, oh it’s a motorcycle, we don’t do those. Yes but we don’t carry the passengers. Finally I found Rapid Road Help.
The lady I dealt with was just amazing. She totally understood the problem including the language barrier. There was no point in attending immediately as the Honda dealership in Glasgow would be closed until the morning. We made a plan whereby they would be ready to be collected at 08.00. The motorcycle would be loaded up and the 2 of them would be in the vehicle. He would then drive to Glasgow (170 miles away) and drop them at the Honda dealership.
That was the plan, it wasn’t cheap but Zarah assured me it would work. She had a driver lined up for the morning who wouldn’t let me down.
Difficult for me as I’m acting as the middle man in the arrangements.
To my great relief I received a message from my French friends - the driver has been in touch - twice, to let them know he’s on his way. Next message, he’s collected them and they’re on their way. Next message, they’re leaving the Honda dealer and are on their way to the railway station.
I can’t speak highly enough of Zarah. Everything she promised was delivered and on time. My French friends were amazed at how professional the service was and grateful that Zarah totally understood the problem and was able to put the logistics in place to solve the issue completely.
The company operate nationwide yet the whole process was managed by the delightful Zarah. She is a great asset for this company, I do hope her managers realise how diligent she is.

Following a fIat tyre and over 7 hours of no resolution of my tyre being repaired or my vehicle being recovered I made the decision to call a mobile tyre company. Being a woman, alone and vulnerable this wasn’t an easy decision as I’ve never had to use a mobile tyre company before. I spoke to several companies who I felt were very over priced and showed no compassion of my situation. I finally spoke with a company called was Rapid Recovery who immediately put me at ease, the fitter stayed in touch with me until he arrived to change my tyre. He was exactly that ‘Rapid’ within 20 minutes I was on my way home. The tyre fitter even messaged me to ensure that I had got home safely.
Thank you for being so trustworthy and honest. I’d been left in a really bad situation without you I don’t know what I would have done. I can’t recommend you enough🙏🏽Thank you again.

Be aware that these people do not provide the service. They operate a WhatsApp group that contacts sub-contractors to arrange service. You then have to pay the sub-contractor personally when they come to you. So you’re paying for a WhatsApp message. I had a blown out tyre on a motorway, was terrified and desperate (as the man taking my call clearly knew). The price for the WhatsApp message? £700. Plus £190 for the recovery driver (who was lovely). This had never happened to me before and I paid but when the recovery man told me he was only getting £190 I was furious because I had obviously been taken advantage of. I tried to reason with them the next day but they defended it. If you’re contemplating using this service, know you are dealing with unethical bad operators and frankly horrible human beings. Go elsewhere. Oh, and to Rapid - don’t bother with your platitudes - you’re rogue traders and there is NOTHING you can say to justify what you did to me.

Scammers - took 240 from me and the actual service should only have been 180, they preyed on me because i was a scared woman on the motorway

Initially had a small hiccup with the requested invoice for the vehicle recovery, but was promptly solved today by the business owner personally, with a personal apology over the phone.

Great service, reasonable price, khan was very professional, would recommend, response was quick for recovery.

I was really sick with a puncher , and these. Guys was a really big help, and got me sorted . They were very perlite. Would I use them again. Yes I would.

Prompt. On time for the car running on arrival then followed me home to make sure I arrived OK. Friendly service. Would recommend

Anis and Nasar have just dropped me back at my home, after a stressful afternoon, with no answer from either RAC or AA, and 2 other local firms.
Polite from the first call, to arrival and drop off. Would definately recommend.

Had a flat tire Sunday evening, everywhere else was shut, they came within an hour, very friendly and professional and 10 minutes later had a new tire and was back on the road. Really can't complain with the service at all.

Needed a recovery for my motorcycle, driver arrived within an hour, and helped me with my bike getting home. Everything went smoothly
