Arrived home to the sound of a leak behind my kitchen units.
Tbh, not had great experiences with plumbers to date so after looking through plumbers and reviews I decided to take a chance on RCA. Arranged a home visit for the next day I was off - this was confirmed by sms and email, further reminder on the day. Liam arrived sharp on the morning expected and carried out an investigation, he got Ryan to drop by for a second opinion. Both were professional, friendly and direct. We were made fully aware of how the job would be carried out, the hourly cost and we went forward from there. Liam completed the job, replacing a pipe in good time and with minimal damage to the units behind. We will have to get the units removed and refitted with proper access and I’ll be changing to copper pipes. When this goes forward it will be RCA that I’ll be contacting to carry out the plumbing works.

Had a whole new boiler fitted with this company last year….brilliant! Just had my first year service and just as I expected excellent! Clean and tidy worker…kept us informed…tidied up afterwards…great price cannot recommend this company enough .

Knowing nothing about heating Ryan quoted me for a new boiler at my request, gave me options and explained everything so I could make the best decision, the team who installed it were fantastic! Clean tidy workers, left the house spotless and were super nice! Received a follow up call from Ryan to make sure I was happy with everything and to make sure I knew how to work the system. Ryan and his team were fabulous. Used them last year to replace our boiler and this year to replace the sink and unit in bathroom. Everything is so tidy when they leave you would never know you had workmen in! The team are polite and friendly. Excellent value

Another great job completed successfully by Ryan and his team. Hot potch 2002 Build electrics all tidied up and made safe, new quiet circ. pump fitted along with motorised valves. Can hardly hear the Heating or HW when they now cut in. New radiator fitted in kitchen, very accommodating as came twice, once to remove existing rad, to allow decorating to take place and returned to fitted new rad and all the above work. Great Job now feel confident with the Heating/Hot water system in our house. Service of boiler also do at same time.

RCA carried out a boiler replacement and fitted extra radiator for us the work was done to a high standard and no mess clean and tidy workmanship would recomend them and will use there services in future

After calling with a faulty boiler, they responded extremely quickly and managed to squeeze me in less than an hour after calling. They gave me a really informative account of the issues as well as providing some alternative solutions should I not want to replace the boiler. After opting for a new boiler, the installation was completed at a great price with very little disruption. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend
