The order was delivered on time and communication was instant the car turned up without any problems I don't normally give 5 stars for such services but I honestly have no complaints.
And the car is the best car I've ever purchased top marks every day.

Possibly the most helpful RC shop I've had had the experience of deal with. Fast to respond to queries, and some of my queries can be weird and wonderful.

You can always expect an in depth response from these guys.

Aside the great customer service they've always shipped order out super quick and they tend to be the cheaper large scale RC specialists in the UK.

I can't find fault with them.

I have used these guys twice now and it is imposible to beat their dispatch and delivery times 24 hours is amazing we all hate waiting for parts but for the £1 pound extra postage next day delivery cant be beat ,

I've been using RC Modelz since I got back into RC and introducing my son to 1/5th scale, back in 2016. Despite living overseas they've always been fast, efficient and super helpful whenever I've asked questions. Never even a slightly bad experience. I'll continue to use them as long as I'm in the hobby!! Highly reccomended.

Fantastic service from rcmodelz, from dispatch to delivery is very fast, I made an order and forgot to add an item, contacted them and they created a link to pay for the item saving me further postage, it was quick and easy thank you

Got a buggy and had issues with parts missing and parts not being fit for purpose
Will use any reason to void your warranty if they know you have had even a small crash even if no where NR the faulty part
They refuse to call U as anything U could say can be put in a email

They have sent me the faulty parts and the missing parts tho
Just feel that the items they sale are not assembled well as your asked to check everything is tight before use
The customer services won't give U a name of who your speaking to as you could get a reply from anyone there

Ok for parts if it's cheapest but won't be buying Cars again
They lost a customer here today

Recomiendo esta tienda,servicio y precio excelente.
Recomiendo si vives en la Union europea,no pagas el iva de UK,luego Seur se encarga de aranceles y iva en Union Europea y menos de una semana tienes tu producto.

Excellent service every time

I’ve ordered from these people several times ,they dispatch my orders within an hour of me ordering it,it gets here next day ,and always is exactly what I’ve ordered it,excellent to deal with will definitely use them again

I purchased in this store and I was very happy with it. the staff is exceptional, we exchanged a few emails before purchasing and they always responded to me in a polite and timely manner. Shipping takes a bit long but the item arrives home in its original packaging without dents or scratches. Remember when you buy, that if like me the goods arrive in the EU, you are subject to VAT and import duties. I will definitely buy from this store again. Greetings
