What a shame RCMODELZ have attempted to screw me over after returning a part that failed. What a scammer. Could understand their reluctance if it were a £500 engine but its £8 worth of brass.
I sent clear evidence of the failed part, they initially said I'd broken it through too much force (?) applied, then they passed the buck to ATOP who never responded, and now saying I've left it too late.
I've dealt with low life shops, and usually won't support such no hopers with repeat business, but that's just it - I've spend £1000's with these scammers.
I could even understand if i were a constant problem customer, I've never complained about anything, even electing to bin stuff that failed rather than bother the shop, well never again.
Beware future customers, he'll take your money but his customer service skills are rubbish. Stay away.

So I purchased loads of bits from these guys for my rovan baja everything great, I decided to order some green spike aluminum wheel nuts off eBay at £24.99. They’ve been put on and left on sitting in my shed as it’s a bit of a shelf queen, yesterday I went out and noticed they had faded to almost a silver colour. I messaged them via the eBay and was told there’s nothing they can do due to them being sun bleached! I wouldn’t mind if the were the cheap Chinese ones at £9 but they were £24.99 not cheap especially the way the current economy is. I said I really was not happy with there service and all I got back was a message “ sorry you feel this way” no thanks for getting in touch or anything. I will be using another company from now on who value customers. I will also be writing a trust pilot review.

bought an gas cap for petrol rc car that says it would fit it when it arrived it didn't fit and they said I couldn't return because it has been "fitted"

Ordered spark plugs. Came in 2 days, great price to. First class service for me. Definitely will buy again. Thank you.

Rcmodelz customer service is shocking there sell u items for rc cars that don't even fit right ask for help and u get nothing from them all u get is have u tried pushing it down

Would highly recommend these guys. Dealt with Nathan when ordering who immediately contacted me about the product and came up with a solution to a postage problem. Package arrived 2 days later. Delighted with the service.

I have purchased two rc vehicles from them and many spare parts and have never had an issue with postage or anything arriving damaged they have been helpful and good at responding to any questions

This is the first time I have ordered from Rcmodelz and I will definitely order from them again. I placed my order at approx 1:20pm on Thursday and received my parcel at approx 9:00am the next morning (Friday) and that was free economy postal so thank you Rcmodelz keep up the excellent service.

Don't know why people are knocking there customer service I've alway had great fast response without any issue i returned some wheels that I had ordered wrong and they refunded the same working day they received them. I even had a issue with Mastercard and was charged twice they rang me within the hour to confirm they had not charged me and it was the bank fast delivery every time and great prices so thank you guys so much

Not very please about their 20% deduction handling fee on new item returns in original packaging.
Item was returned because it was thicker than the original clutch holder

Yes I had to open plastic packaging to see difference but was never fitted fully to the engine and was no fitting marks on the returned item

Ok it is stated on their return policy but it doesn’t mean it is fair
They will sell it again as new

They have good feedback for delivery but not for returns

Recently bought two Rovan as1 petrol Rc cars from here with some upgrades, stands and other goodies.
Everything came on time and as expected, great service and products.
I highly recommend these guys for all your Rc needs!
