The product is fantastic and the delivery was excellent.

I have bought 3 pairs of sta prest trousers from Real Hoxton. The first pair I got were of great quality, have been washed several times and you get still see the sta prest crease.

However I have been left feeling disappointed with the last 2 pairs I bought. After one was the crease is invisible. When paying £90 for an item I was expecting better.

Real Hoxton has the best quality. Everything fits me perfectly. Keep making more good stuff! Cheers

The quality of the clothing may be good...undisputed...except that the sizes are often very questionable, especially when it comes to trousers and jackets. The service is disgraceful. I received the wrong product with one order. In order to receive the correct product, I had to return it and was promised a refund of the €20 postage. This hasn't happened to this day. I also wanted advice about trouser sizes via email. That didn't happen either. Ultimately, the trousers don't fit me at all, and I had to pay a fine due to an error in the sender's information (Real Hoxton). I had to pay an additional €50 in customs duty for these trousers, which didn't fit me anyway and cost 89 GBP, even though it had already been paid with the last order. So I paid almost €200 for trousers that don't fit me, and that's simply because the service was extremely poor. This was definitely the last time I'll order from there.

My husband wanted a hound's-tooth Harrington jacket and we purchased a Large.
It was mailed quickly to Canada and he found it small (maybe a bit of middle age creeping in!) I contacted customer service who arranged to hold a replacement,
We had to pay duty as we are in Canada and Zia advised we mark it as an exchange so we didn't have to pay duty again for the replacement.
The new jacket arrived and he is over the moon with it and we would like to compliment Zia on her very efficient service.
Will definitely revisit to buy more in the future.

A friend put me on to the Real Hoxton brand, the button down shirts are as they should be perfect roll on the collar and great colours and fit,Sta press trousers are as they should be one back pocket,the Harrington Jkt is brilliant quality,I have Barracuta Harringtons which are far overpriced, but the Hoxton Harrington is the best one yet in comparison to the Barracuta and 75% less money.

I was in two minds about ordering to begin with. The website mentions all the right things, heritage, style, and celebs wearing the clothes. Stocked in John Simons (who knows and things or two) and Stuarts amongst other places, but I wasn't sure. So I took a chance and ordered, in my usual size and....they are perfect!! Feel good quality with some nice heft to the fabric, and the fit us spot on. Nice details included with the rear pocket "flasher" and the print on the pocket bag!
All in all, happy, impressed and will definitely order again.

Arrived on time within good packaging. The jacket item is of a very high standard in both fabric and stitching. I'll certainly be choosing Real Hoxton in the future. 🎯 on target.

It is now June 1st, 2025 and I am still waiting for an update regarding the location of my purchase. Hoxton last stated they would check with the courier DHL to try and determine where my purchase is, they to imply the hold was in customs. Very unsatisfied so far with Hoxton, especially their lack of communication and processes to dealing with irregular situations during the delivery of their products.

I have not received my order and have not received and updated of where it is since May 8th, when it was registered as processing through customs at Heathrow International. Can someone at Hoxton please follow up and update me. This has not a good experience so far.
