Fantastic range of clothing for us mods. The quality is fab and quick delivery is more than anyone can ask for. I currently have the leather Harrington, white cafe racer leather and trucker jacket as well as all the stay press trousers, Henley tops and a couple of shirts. Five stars on all of these purchases so far !!

I'm a fan. I've been a customer of RealHoxton's for several years and they've always delivered exactly what I was wanting. I appreciate their attention to details and their consistent quality. I would estimate that 30% of my button down shirts are RealHoxton, and my collection of their Stay Pressed pants and Selvedge demin is approaching a similar level. I've always found their shipping to be reliably prompt - though there can be slowdowns on the part of my local mail provider. I have a great deal of respect for the folks who run this company and hope they keep doing good work for years to come.

All of the clothing I buy from Real Hoxton looks great and comes meticulously packaged. They really have a great eye for detail and color and I really love that they have Women’s shirts, too. Real Hoxton is fantastic and family-owned. I will continue to shop there and buy many clothes for years to come.

I bought from this company on 3 separate occasions, the 1st time royal mail lost the parcel and the company didn't argue just sent me a replacement. 2nd time all fine. 3rd time they sent the wrong size, I contacted customer service they advised I return it, they put aside one the right size, I sent proof of postage and they refunded that before they even received to parcel. I have always found the quality of product excellent, the delivery fast and any issues dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only criticism I would have is when they are processing a replacement they tend to just get on with it, they don't really contact you to say they received the return or have re sent it, so you think nothings happening or your being ignored and it suddenly turns up. Overall excellent buying experience.

Ordered a jacket just prior to Xmas and was sent the wrong colour which I had to return at my own expense. Real Hoxton insisted they had provided the correct colour. I emailed back showing conclusive photographic evidence that what they had sent was incorrect and asked for the postage cost to be either refunded or a voucher issued. They did not reply. As a previous reviewer advises if you are going to buy their merchandise use a more reputable company

Purchased a short sleeve check shirt (L) online. Immediate dispatch and early delivery. Great quality and perfect fit.

I received my order today from Real Hoxton and couldn't be happier. Ordered late on the 28th of Aug' and it arrived in Dublin Ireland today 2nd Sept'. I ordered a jacket, shirt and trousers and all three fit perfect and are excellent quality. The customer service and communication was outstanding. Thank you Real Hoxton, I'm a very happy customer and the clobber is super smart. Great work, I'm looking forward to my next order. Top marks!👏👏👏👏👏👏

A week ago I placed an order for one of the new sta-press trousers. After one week it has not been sent and they don't answer. There is no other way to contact them (the chat link on their website does not work, it's a fake, just like the links to social media) and I have just read about other customers who have also lost their money. If you'd like to buy their clothes then other retailer are way safer.

DON'T order here. I refused a package and even though the tracking says it was delivered back to them they claim it wasn't. They also refuse to pay me back the 300€ and it's been 2 months since I ordered. This is a scam!

The clothes are great. However the customer service is not quite unproblematic - they simply ignore the e-mails. After receiving the wrong size of a monkey jacket it takes ages for them to send the new one (even after returning the one I got, which they confirmed).
Although they initially answered in a friendly manner they just didn't do anything afterwards and it looks like I have lost the money of my purchase plus the shipping costs of the return and the Custome-costs I had to pay (I live in an EU-country).
PS: I've tried contacting them through the Chat on their website, but the link posted there seems to be useless (I don't get any chat window, this is strange)
