Can you confirm when can I expect the t-shirt with the correct size?
Per our clearly stated return policy—available at checkout and on our website—the refund or replacement process cannot begin until the returned item is received and inspected. Furthermore, return shipping costs are explicitly the customer’s responsibility.
If you only emailed us yesterday about returning the item, it would be impossible to have already processed a replacement, as you imply in your review.
Throughout this process, we have provided clear instructions and maintained consistent communication. We remain ready to resolve this matter promptly once the return is received.
